  • "Anniversary dinners warrant a special dining treat, and although my husband had been to a few vendor lunches here, we had never had dinner at Fleming's before. It was a first class experience. The complimentary parmesan crusted bread w/ the housemade flavored butters was addictive! We had the sweet chili calamari appetizer which was an excellent starter. I had the petit filet, my husband had the ribeye. The steaks were cooked perfectly with excellent seasoning and juicy flavor. We had the chipotle cheddar mac & cheese and rosemary/garlic roasted onions as our family style sides. And the chocolate lava cake for dessert topped it off! Service was attentive throughout the meal. Not inexpensive of course but worth it."

  • "We had reservations for 5 on a Friday because we wanted an early dinner. The bread and spread that they bring to the table was delicious. Our server was attentive but not aggressive or annoying. I ordered a small filet and 3 shrimp. My husband ordered chicken and he also ordered the home made mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and the mac and cheese was about the best I've ever eaten. Plenty for him to share with me..... :) I recommend it and"

  • "The steaks at Flemings were excellent, but steaks in the $40s then all other food ala carte is expensive to our tastes. The noise level was very high, probably by design, no structures to absorb the sound, and the ambience reminded me of the 60s."

  • "I hope it was an off night because the service was unbelievably bad even for a budget restaurant but especially so when one considers the Fleming's price point. This was our first visit to Fleming's and we were impressed with the luxe, old world ambience--it didn't hurt that we were given a prime place overlooking the entire dining room. And the wine ipad is a nice touch. What was not nice was being left alone with it for many, many minutes (it was at least 3x longer than "normal" for such a wait). Neither was having our steak arrive sans the truffled lobster we had ordered and having it delivered MUCH later on the side. A smaller point, but servers and even the manager visited our table several times without refilling (empty) wine glasses."

  • "Been here several time, we took a couple out here for their wedding gift. They served me the wrong cut of steak and my friends steak was over cooked. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened here. They fixed the situation with free shrimp cocktail why we waited for the steaks to be fixed and free desert as well as profuse apologies. This place is first class and always worth it."

From the moment you are greeted at the door till the moment the valet wishes you a good evening, the staff is on their game. The big room can be rather loud, but I'm sure its because of all the talk about the wonderful way in which the chefs prepare the combinations of fantastic flavors. Always one of my St. Louis favorites."

Had to hear some over served gentlemen bragging About his escapades with the ladies. The food was expensive and salty. At those prices u expect more But what was the worst was putting check down While I was still eating. Poor Poor Poor!!"

They even had a fantastic bouquet of flowers at our table. James Martin the manager has his restaurant running like well oiled machine and always has.   • "Staff was congenial. One patron 75th birthday. They tried to give her dessert but she kept refusing. gave her a box of truffles which was very nice and $25 gift card. It was really appreciated. Was a little disappointed in the scallops. Used to them being drier than what they were and bigger. it seems like last time we got five instead of four. The Meyer lemon sauce was a little overwhelming."

  • "Went to celebrate with my boyfriend . Wonderful steak , seasoned just right and the side dishes were outstanding. Wine list was so large it was hard to choose! We would go back when occasion warrants. Very noisy however when we first arrived at &:30 for our reservation which surprised us as how noisy it was. Place must do a great business - it was packed."

  • "We always have a great meal at Flemings, and the service is just the best. The only problem we always have is the gift cards, we receive a lot of gift cards to Flemings, and also get "bonus cards" that are simply not even worth having. We can use only one, but not this one...then no gifts cards at happy hour??? We have just told our friends to give us gift cards to J.Gilbert's or Morton's, they take any gift card, for any event, anytime. Flemings is great, but we just stick to Happy Hour to get a good deal."

  • "We had a nice table. One of our guests has a disability and is wheelchair bound. Yet, they were very accommodating and helped with the chair and making sure she was comfortably seated. The special prime rib was what my wife wanted for her birthday dinner. It was a nice cut of meat that she enjoys (we have been there before). My rib eye steak was also delicious. The side dishes are always good; my wife head the asparagus and I had the mushrooms. The desert was great; my wife likes the chocolate lava cake. All and all an excellent dining experience."

  • "We have been coming to Flemings for years. The menu is wonderful. Love fish ? this is the place to try it. Flemings offers Steak,Seafood, Fish ..etc perfectly prepared. Awesome wine list. The menu is an ala carte. Hint ! if you order any hot sides, there will be plenty to share with someone else. Not that hungry. They also have small plate options. Fantastic Desserts ! Choc Lava cake with assorted fruits and Chantilly whipped cream & Vanilla bean ice cream. End with something sweet & a cup of coffee, it cant get better than this. But wait ! it does. They offer a courtesy box of hand made Choc Truffles. Make reservations for your Anniversary, the staff signs a card for you & your date & they offer a $25 gift card to have you return."

  • "My husband and I went here during Valentine's day weekend; this was also our first time dining here. We both love steak and always heard good things about this restaurant. It didn't disappoint--we thought everything was fantastic! My husband had the 3 course meal and I had the petite fillet--both were cooked just right! The service was also really outstanding...she knew I was pregnant and bought me a bib for my baby! Really nice touch :) We will definitely be returning!!"

  • "They greet you by bringing a loaf of warm bread and 2 butter spreads with different flavors. The bread was great and the butters were also good, but a little too salty for our taste. We then had the pastry puff of Brie cheese with apple slices and nuts (appetizer) and that was delicious! The waiter told us one of the specials of the night was a mozzarella & tomato salad with basil, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, so we had that and both enjoyed it. I had the swordfish dish which was pretty good, but not the best dish I'd ever eaten. My husband had the salmon dish and that was excellent! As a dessert, we had fresh berries with a nice creme on the side. It was delicious. With 3 glasses of wine, this came to $149, not including tip."

  • "The food and wine selections are very good, but I ordered the heirloom tomato and burrata salad and it arrived to the table with no burrata. The server quickly took it back to the kitchen and added the burrata, but there was only a very small amount added, about a tablespoon or so. I have had this salad in the past and if I recall, there was much more on the salad."
