My husband and I dined here during Restaurant Week in hopes they were participating. They were not, but the server suggested the Sunday special which is a 3 course Prime Rib dinner for $39.95 each. Fabulous! We each got to choose any salad, prime rib cooked to order, and a side each, as well as a dessert each. We took the carrot cake home to enjoy later and consumed the best molten lava cake we have ever tasted.

Steak was prepared to my liking, and sides were most complimentary with everyones entre.4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMFleming's Second LocationWe have eaten in three consecutive days at BLT Steakhouse at Marriott's Camelback, Bourbon Steakhouse at Fairmont Scottsadale, and then Fleming's at the Scottsdale Hilton. While the BLT Steakhouse at Marriott was by far the best of the three, Flemings Steakhouse at Hilton was a close second.
THis is a large Fleming's restaurant and as usual, if you like deep colored wood steak houses, you will like this particular location. The Manager comes by to speak and he is wonderful, nice, not intrusive, and funny. All good characteristics. Of course, it is the steak that matters most and it was wonderful. Finally, the waitress was a student from ASU and she was skilled and pleasant. Very good and tasty steaks! This location is much smaller than other locations, and the noise level was actually too loud for me as this is a very special celebration for me and my date. We had to shout out loud to get our water(s) attention. Our waiter Chad was excellent and very attentive and gave us a gift box of chocolate truffles when we departed. It sits between The Keg and Mastro's. The bar is way too small for the their location given that they promote a happy hour. Everyone is fighting for a seat at the bar but most end up either sitting in the patio or standing behind those sitting and then reaching through to get drinks. The servers were very accommodating and the menu selection is nice.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were celebrating our 30thWe were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and wanted a place with great food, and a quiet, romantic atmosphere. Flemings was ideally suited for us. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were weekly guests. Every member of the staff greeted us by name, and congratulated us on our anniversary.
Every part of our meal was wonderful, from the bread that we started with, to the dessert. We shared our appetizers of crab cakes and shrimp cocktail, and both were delicious. My filet mignon was exquisite, tender and incredibly delicious. My husband had the lamb chops, and he was equally impressed.

Regular menu is expensive - typical of steak houses. We like that managers are always present and checking to see if everything is ok.
