The food was good and service was great. This time around, my wife decided to try the prime rib dinner, which is only offered on Sundays, and ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the center of the prime rib was very dry and a little mealy. We have had better prime rib offerings at Sycamore Inn and The Magic Lamp locally. Needless to say, we'll be coming back to Fleming's but will pass on the prime rib...
