My ribeye was cooked to perfection. This time around, my wife decided to try the prime rib dinner, which is only offered on Sundays, and ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the center of the prime rib was very dry and a little mealy. We have had better prime rib offerings at Sycamore Inn and The Magic Lamp locally. Needless to say, we'll be coming back to Fleming's but will pass on the prime rib... The new wedge salad is delicious as is all the food. We tried the lobster and filet mignon special with the wedge salad and it was fantastic. Jose Jimenez, and managers Michelle, Jillian, and Chris, truly care for their guests. They and staff "go the extra" to ensure that our dining experience is wonderful. Steven A. is a great server, very attentive and friendly, and Esmeralda is a wonderful assistant.3/2/2013 12:00:00 AM
