  • "Always a great choice for steak lovers! We love going here for special occasions, and indulging in all they have to offer!"

  • "Had the filet and lobster tail special, which included a scallop appetizer, and choice of french onion soup it wedge salad. A steal at $39.95! As usual, food and service were excellent."

  • "From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the wait staff made us feel special - and, in addition to serving great food and wine - the staff joined our celebration with a congratulatory card signed by each member of the staff and a delicious complementary desert (chocolate truffles). We'll be back!"

  • "Try the Dry Aged Rib Eye, if you are a meat lover you will definitely love this."

  • "This was the second time we came to Fleming's and brought my parents....they couldn't believe how great the food AND service was! You truly have out done yourselves Fleming's"

  • "We had a great meal with very good service this time at Fleming's but for us, it's hard to get over the price and the fact that everything, except the bread, is extra. If money wasn't a concern, we would probably go hear more than once a year. Both of us had the filet which were cooked as we requested and very tasty. We've had to send steaks back the last two times we visited so we were pleasantly surprised this time. The Onion Soup was very good and the lava cake for dessert is to die for."

  • "We had a great dinner, as we have on many occasions here. The food was great. Really enjoyed the crab cakes appetizer. Our server was the best. Just a perfect night."

  • "Perfectly prepared steaks, generous sides. Our server was delightful. We liked it a lot and would go back for special treat evening. Maybe try the Bar specials from a 5-7:00 one night, too!"

  • "Return visit, we'd signed up for their email and we got one. Prix fix 2 course dinner - scallop app, salad, filet and lobster tail for $40. Scallop was delicious, the wedge salad was amazing, and the steak and lobster were perfect. No dessert was included, needed or desired, we were very full. And of course I can't forget the bread and gorgonzola butter and you shouldn't either. I was right, this stuff is amazing. I held back the unused butter and used it sparingly on the lobster tail and it was a true delicacy. Not your every day restaurant, but don't reserve it just for those very special occasions, add it to your upscale rotation and you won't be disappointed."

  • "As usual, the fare was outstanding, much better than some of the other similarly priced restaurants. The service was perfect, not too often as to become intrusive, but attentive and timely. Server was personable and friendly, food was great and the wine selection was good. What more can you ask for?"

  • "We hadn't been to Fleming's in some time so we were pleasantly surprised to find two new options. 1st was their small plates. We both had Sliced Filet small plates. They were excellent and more than enough for an entrée. I started with the New Wedge Salad and my wife had the Modern Caesar Salad; both excellent. We then had to have appetizers. She had the Sweet Chili Calamari (very good) and I had the Tenderloin Carpaccio. Oh my. For desert we shared a Cream Brule. The 2nd option I liked was their flight of wines. What a treat for those who like to have a different wine with each course without over drinking. Our server Jonathon was very good and helped us by pacing the meal so that we were able to enjoy our evening."

  • "Although the evening started out with a tiny glitch since their wine menus (tablets) weren't working, the entire meal from start to finish was worth the splurge. Our waitress was very attentive as were the managers and other staff who brought the food and cleared the table. As far as food, we would not order the calamari again, but my filet and his ribeye were delicious. So was the salad I started with and mushrooms we shared. My filet was prepared in "the new style" which is an iron crusted seal and finished under the broiler...I loved it. Needless to say we didn't have room for dessert, but I might have made room if I noticed something extraordinary. We'll definitely be back soon to see if they've added something exciting to the menu."

  • "This was our anniversary celebration. Server visits were a little less frequent than we are used to, but it was late. The food was great. Porcini Dusted Filet Mignon is divine. Hubby's NY Strip wasn't as warm as he wanted, but he enjoyed it. Server was very helpful with wine recommendations and knowledgeable about the wine list."

  • "Dining at Fleming's Steakhouse was an excellent experience. The Filet Mignon was outstanding and done to perfection. My companion ordered salmon which was also done to perfection. Our waiter, Bryan, was very attentive and helpful with input on the choices available throughout the menu. The manager, Charles, stopped by our table to assure that we were very satisfied with our meals. Fleming's has an outstanding wine selection with 100 wines available by the glass. We will certainly return for special occasion dining."

  • "This is our 2nd trip to Flemings in 3 weeks, our 1st experience was not what we had hoped for, I 'm not sure what went wrong in the kitchen but ...nothing was wrong on this time. The Entries were excellent, I had a dry aged NY Strip steak, my husband had the Prime Filet Mignon both were perfectly cooked. We also had Appetizers, mushroom ravioli and fried calamari they were good. If the sauce for the calamari was on the side they would have stayed crunchier (only thing I'd change) but the heirloom & wedge salads were awesome the same with the flourless chocolate cake. The portions were large and needed a doggie bag. Truly enjoyed our dinner. I'm looking forward to the same fine dining experience on our next visit."

  • "Steaks I have had. Flemings is definitely where you want to go for a great steak or in my husbands and I case, the filet. Great taste that melted in your mouth. Our waiter Chris was the best, there when needed and was able to quickly answer all our questions. This was our first time at Flemings and will be be back on our next visit. If anyone is listening, we need you in downtown Greenville, SC!!"

  • "We weren't quite sure what to expect when we set out to go to Flemming's. Knowing it's owned by the same company as Carraba's, we had our expectations set quite low. To our pleasant surprise, this was an excellent fine dining restaurant, at the caliber of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (in my opinion). The prices are high, so don't walk in expecting a $50 meal for a couple. But the money is well worth it, as the steak and fish are some of the best I've ever had."

  • "Strictly for special occasions or entertaining business clients. Wonderful steaks, but like other high end steak houses, everything is ala cart. You want a baked potato with that $50 ribeye? That will be an extra $9.95 please."

  • "I was seated in a nice rounded booth that overlooked the restaurant. I liked that I could see the kitchen enough from my view, but it wasn't obnoxious or loud. I had a special request martini and they made it better than anywhere I have ordered it. Food was delicious. I try not to eat bread much, but ended up going through 2 loaves because it was so tasty with the two spreads. The Brie appetizer was super tasty. I had the lobster tails which were delicious. Mac and cheese side was average. I should have gotten their home made recipe potatoes. We didn't save room for desert, but the server brought us out truffles to take home as a nice gesture for our recent engagement. I felt very special and will go back soon. Thank you Flemings!"

  • "What's happened to the days when you could easily find a "fancy" restaurant with great food AND quiet!! There are some great steakhouses and restaurants in our area, but too many of them crowd people in and do nothing to try and dampen the sound. When I go out with my husband for a special dinner - like an anniversary or birthday - I would like to be able to talk to him without having to raise my voice or lean across the table to hear. Fleming's is certainly not the worst in this regard, but it was still disappointing. We loved the food and the service was attentive and friendly. But we will stick with Rey's for atmosphere!"

  • "Food was good but did not stand out. Prices were extremely high for what you get. Quite honestly, you can get a better steak at a less expensive restaurant. Our steaks were not cooked the way we asked and they gave us a free round of drinks. Overall, i would not go out of my way to eat here again."

  • "Flemings attempts to be an upscale restaurant with upscale pricing, but the wine glasses were dirty, the food was average at best, and the ambience did not match the prices on the menu. We won't be back."

  • "They extended the Valentine surf and turf until Feb 20th so we celebrated again. It was great"

  • "The restaurant was beauiful The decor was lovely and the waiter (Ben) was very attentive. Our meal took some time, but on that night it was a very busy kitchen I assume. Ben came around often to check on us and refill our wine. Once we did get our food, it did not dissapoint. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. He even cut the lobsters from its shell and placed it on our plates. We were very impressed with the service. We will definitely come back for special occasions because it is a splurge."

  • "Excellent customer service from the minute you enter the restaurant, checking your coat, waitstaff, and leaving. Refilling water glass was performed by any staff who saw it was low, you did not have to wait for your waitstaff to do it. Steak was cooked perfectly and the side entrees were fresh"

  • "Food was awesome and so was the wait staff! Ambience was great for two or for a group! Will definitely be visiting again!!!"

  • "My husband and I have recently discovered this restaurant and have been enjoying it ever since. Food is wonderful and staff cannot be more helpful. We had different server every visit, and we received excellent service every time. We have tried different items on the menu and loved every single one. If I have to pick favorites, pork chop would definitely be on the top of the list, together with calamari and chocolate lava cake! And if you are a carrot cake lover – this is definitely your place."

  • "My husband and I made reservations for the day after Valentine's Day. We walked in a few minutes late for our reservation due to traffic, but the hostess was kind and still sat us right away. The coat check at the hostess stand was so nice! Once we were seated our waiter came by, introduced himself and gave us a brief overview of the menu - including the special menu for Valentine's Day. I ordered the V-Day special (filet and salmon) and my husband had a pork chop. Both were fabulous!! The service was great, but not too intruding. We will definitely be back!"

  • "My husband and I had a lovely belated Valentine's Day dinner at Flemings. Our steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered. The filet sliced very easily. The potatoes are amazing. Great wine list as well with reasonably priced, high quality options."

  • "I did not enjoy my experience in Valentine's Day. It may not be the normal experience, our foot took a very long time to come out. It was at least 30-40 minutes before we had a salad and over an hour before our meal came...and no one really seemed to care. No wonder it was one of the last ones with availability on Open Table....Should have been a better experience since the food wasn't bad, just the speed of service and communication of the wait staff. If it is going to be an hour plus, then tell me."

  • "To sum up our visit : Fleming's is all about the atmosphere and wine list . The service is s l o w , food underwhelming. I recommend Sullivan's Steakhouse"
    Dined on 2/15/2014
  • "The food was good and the service adequate. I think it was our servers first week or so. It took an unusually long time for our meal to arrive after we completed the salad course. There was no explanation given for this and only an "I'm sorry your food will be right out" reply when we asked about it. Our table got messy with the bread course and stayed that way throughout our meal. I would go back but at these prices and with this level of service I would look to go someplace else first. There are much better top end restaurants in the Triangle that charge less and serve better. However, the food was very good. Kudos to the Chef."

  • "This restaurant is top notch from the moment you walk in the front door! I had the filet and my husband has the bone-in rib eye. You both enjoyed the tremendous flavor of the steaks. We also want to thank Daniel for making our evening extra special! He is by far a professional server!"

  • "1st night great food. I had the Salmon Betsy had the chicken. We loved the service by Bryan and the food. 2nd night was not as good. Prime rib special was to thin and fatty. Service was fine. Vegetables were awesome as was the desserts. I must say we do love you going to Flemings and started going there because of Open Table. The management team is great. They check on you all the time."

  • "We have never had a negative experience at Fleming's. The food and the service have always been outstanding and last week was true to form. The table service was impeccable, the filets were delicious, wine paired fantastically and the carrot cake was amazing. Will be back... soon."

  • "We decided to try Flemings as part of Triangle Restaurant Week. While we normally wouldn't be able to afford eating there, the three course meal for $30 each felt like a well spent splurge. The food was superb and the service was wonderful. My husband and I both order petite filet mignon and it was one of the best steaks either of us have ever eaten. We will keep it in mind in the future for special occasions."
