  • "Service was the key to our very good experience. We came in for the 3 course special; found the restaurant at 7:30 packed on a Monday! They had 2 specials going, one a prime rib and the other a salmon and filet combo - the entrees were perfect. The appetizer on the combo was an avocado and ahi salad, but unfortunately the ahi was no longer sushi grade because they were prepared in advance and the citric acid from lemon had chemically cooked it. The main course arrived a few minutes before we had finished our appetizers - but they took it away and everything came back a few minutes later still hot, cooked perfectly, and quite impressive. Overall a very good experience - a tweak here or there and it would be a homerun!"

  • "We've never dined in the wine bar, but what a pleasant surprise in this small quieter room, often reserved for private parties. The regular dining room is sometimes very noisy especially if there are more than 2 or 4 people. The burrata cheese, tomato and beet salad was delicious. We usually get the bone-in rib eye, but the bone in New York was excellent. The service attentive...impeccable!!!"

  • "Food and wine was fine, but when I called in the reservation I told them this was a 5 person executive level power dinner, and I thought they understood. They put our table in the middle of the room, lots of waiter traffic, noise, and table a bit too small for the group. I had Executive VPS and Regional Managers fly in from Chicago and Virginia, and was embarrassed by the substandard ambiance. We've had these same dinners before at other places (Mortons, Gulfstream, Winery) and have been taken care of much better. On a positive note, the Rib Eye was one of the best I've had, and the Nickel & Nickel Cab was outstanding."

  • "The server did not have recommendation for a cocktail- referred me to the cocktail menu instead of letting me know one that is very popular, when I asked if the salmon or the halibut would be a better choice his answer was something like "well they are both different so whichever you prefer." I did not feel this restaurant was in the same category as Mastros. The booths seemed outdated. The bar was too close to the dining area- loud. It just did not have the classy fine dining feeling."

  • "Great find for brunch! They have just started brunch at my Flemings and it is really good! Small flaky amazing biscuits with butter and jam to begin with, and surprisingly wonderful fresh cocktails for a Sunday brunch! The menu is varied (loved the crab omelet!) and the service is professional and so friendly! We will be back and next time we will bring friends!"

  • "First of all the host sat me before my boyfriend got back with our drinks from the bar, despite me asking to wait for him. He didn't know where I had gone. Then when we sat down, our waitress was nonexistent. When we did see her, she acted like we were bothering her. She had absolutely no personality. The food was just dropped down without asking if we needed anything. One positive point, we ordered the grilled corn and it was way too salty, of course our waitress was nowhere to be found. Finally a manger stopped by and we told her about the corn and she immediately took it back and brought a new one (still too salty). Our waitress then tried to tell us that it was probably not salty but spicy...I know and love spice, it was salt!!!"

  • "I've dined at Fleming's 20 or 30 times over the last few years for business and pleasure. The food has declined at Fleming's over time. I had the "Surf and Turf" special and was dismayed by the size of the New York Strip. My companions' Petite filets were so so. I tried Selanne's recently and will be selecting that restaurant over Fleming's in the future."

  • "We had a party of nine people and EVERYTHING was PERFECT! I couldn't believe how every appetizer, entree, and dessert was executed to perfection. The service was EXCELLENT and everyone at our table has been raving about the experience ever since. Best dining experience of the year by far!"

  • "The food was better then I've eaten at Ruth Chris or Morton's. I waiter gave us an option of either potato or fresh vegetable with our entrees. I left the restaurant full but not uncomfortable. My only complaint was the drink prices are very expensive, I don't mind paying for a cocktail but $49.50 for three drinks is excessive."

They tend to overcook here so however you like your steak, ask for one notch less cooked. The service was good, and they gave chocolate truffles to the birthday girl.   • "I had very high expectations here and I was not too disappointed. The choice of steaks is near overwhelming but I decided on a surf and turf with a dry aged steak. My companion had the wet aged filet. The wet aged steak was melt in your mouth tender. My Surf & Turf was not the special I ordered of steak and halibut. I was given the steak and lobster. It was absolutely delicious, but not what I had wanted. Surprisingly, the bread course was a high note. The flavored butters were exceptional. We also shared a French Onion Soup and as a french onion snob, I found it perfectly rich and cheesy. The cream corn side dish was also amazing. The carrot was moist and delicious paired with the rum caramel sauce and Chantilly cream."

  • "We celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner at Flemings. My wife had the short ribs which were exceedingly dry. The manager heartily agreed and insisted on taking it off the bill. The "add on" lobster for her meal looked like a medium sized shrimp. I ordered the dry aged new york steak (medium). It arrived grilled correctly however it was very bland and had tendons in it. If I order a $53+ dollar steak (a la carte) I expect to receive a fine piece of meat. What I received was not the case. The blue cheese mashed potatoes were good. The highlight of the dinner was the wedge salad. We are disappointed in Fleming's. Mediocre food and noisy dining room. "

  • "so I had was able to leave work early and decided to take my girlfriend out to Fleming's, just because it was Friday. We have both been there before but it has been quite some time so we were due. We started out with their specialty cocktails, I had the springtime lemonade and she had the strawberry sangria. Our waiter Andrea did a great job with those suggestions and we really enjoyed them. My girlfriend ordered a 2nd one later. We both had the filet mignon and we split a caesar salad to start us off. Our sides were mac and cheese along with sautee'd corn. I really loved the corn. We finished off the night with molten lava cake. YUM! Ambiance was nice and we really enjoyed being there. We will be coming back soon."

  • "Excellent bone in ribeye steak! I closed my eyes for the first 5 bites. Calamari not a winner. It's supposed to be crispy but when they add that sweet sauce it makes it soggy so no point to that. The red bell peppers in that sauce were better then the actually squid. The Molten cake was as good as I remembered. Can't wait to take my family here when they visit! "

  • "We specified a quiet table for four. I confirmed that request again by telephone the day before. We arrived on time and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We were taken to a small booth in the noisiest area of the restaurant, across from the kitchen and adjacent to the main aisle where 10 or more servers wait to pick up their orders. We rejected that location and we were asked to wait an additional 15 minutes for a table in the back room. We were inclined to leave but did not want to disappoint the other couple. We were finally seated in a much quieter area. Sarah was an outstanding server, the food was excellent and we left happy after a very frustrating "welcome". Hostess should be more attentive to honoring reserved table requests."

  • "As I have dined at this Flemings location on several occasions, my expectation was to have another great experience as usual. The meal was superb-every dish from appetizers to dessert, thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately there were some issues with seating and service. Our seating involved a table where the outer seated diner was continually bumped by staff and guests, the service issue being served appetizers well before receiving our cocktails, also we had to ask our server's assistant to check on the situation for us. That being said, the manager did come to our table unsolicited, apologized for the service error and graciously deducted our initial cocktail order. I will continue to bring family and friends for a wonderful meal."
