Our reservation was at 8:00 pm, an hour before closing because we were going to a late movie after dinner, so we were a little worried about what the food quality and service would be like. Well, everyone was great including our server Tony and the management staff. I was given a birthday card and box of chocolate truffles and my wife and I each got a $25 gift card for future fists. We had so much fun, we blew off the movie and hung out at Fleming's until well after closing. On both occasions, the various steaks have been tasty, tender and perfectly cooked. Like many steakhouses, most steaks are totally al a carte and you are prompted to order one of their $9 sides as an accompaniment. Some of the specials do come as a complete plate. While the sides are just fine, the powerhouse stars here are the various cuts of beef. The wine list is sizeable and offers a good selection at different price points. Desserts are typical, though well made and tasty, and should be shared as portion sizes are quite generous.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMMarch 2013Our reservation was a Saturday night during Spring Break so the place was really busy. Even though it was much louder than previous trips (we have been going to Flemings for 10 years), it was still a wonderful experience. Our booth was out of the main traffic pattern so we were not bothered by the crowd. The food has ALWAYS been outstanding and this time was no different. We look forward to this restaurant visit with each trip to Florida (every March and October). We had just heard about your steak house a few days before our return to Canada and made a reservation. We are a family of 6 who enjoy eating out alot and also prefer fine dining. My wife is an excellent cook, so our expectations are high. Food wise and service wise they were both excellent, however a few things happened that to us were disappointing. Normally we would have said more, but we were heading home the next day and we decided to let it go. However, my medium rare was given to my father and I received his rare. My mother's short ribs will overcooked and sent back. The second order was not much better and strangely was only a half order. The manager came over and apologized profusely. He offered to make her a fillet or anything she would like. In addition to taking the short ribs off the bill, he provided a chocolate lava cake and two cappuccinos on the house. A second manager came over as well to make sure we were happy. Had it not been for the short ribs I would have given this restaurant five stars for food. I gave 5 stars overall due to the way that we were treated by not one, but both managers.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding service and attention!We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday and engagement earlier that evening. The service, food and attention to detail was outstanding! The maitre de Noreen had the right table reserved and had our bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived. They even went out of house for a special birthday cake and were very receptive to a nice leisurely dinner instead of trying to rush us out at the end of a busy night. Darrel our waiter was awesome and everyone involved made it a special night for the four of us.

The food was spectacular, had the tenderloin carpaccio for an appetizer, and it was delicious with the dijon sauce! The cesar salad with the fried capers and prosciutto chips was to die for. My boyfriend had the NY strip and sauteed mushrooms, both cooked to perfection. The wine list is phenomenal as well, 200+ different kinds of wine. We both had the Louis Martini cab sauv, I think that was what it was called. For my entree I had the strips of filet on top of risotto and it tasted as good as it was presented.
