This was a business dinner and the meals, according to my guests, either were excellent or very good. The wine pricing was reasonable and the meal costs were equal to the cost structure of other high end steak houses. The noise level was most acceptable for conducting a pleasant business discussion. The wait staff was very attentive. Overall - very good restaurant for that business meal or a special occasion.5/23/2013 12:00:00 AMReal ProfessionalsMy family and I visited Fleming's on a Wednesday night recently and found everything just right. We were seated immediately and each person we encountered was nicer than the next. The food was prepared well and the wine prices were not ridiculously overpriced, as is seen in other steakhouses. I had the bone-in ribeye which was season's well and cook to my specifications. You can really tell when a staff is experienced and well-trained. They were real professionals. We requested a romantic table for two, but we're placed in a center table. The Baked Brie and Shrimp Cocktail appetizers were excellent. My Filet and Lobster Tail Special was only okay, but my wife enjoyed her Crab Cakes and Arugala Salad. Drinks and Wine were fine. We received a $50 Gift Card in the mail, that helped us enjoy our evening out. Fleming's has become one of our best steakhouse and we live in Philadelphia. The atmosphere, service, and food were excellent.
