  • "Like most steakhouses, the portions are large and you leave having eaten too much. But unlike other steakhouses, everything on the menu was first class. The filet mignon was done perfectly, the mashed potatoes were buttery and creamy, and the chocolate lava cake was the perfect end to a meal. But most impressive was the onion rings. The sauce and the crispness of the ring was the best I have ever eaten. Great place to treat yourself to - enjoy!"

  • "Need to add a category for a great place for dinner. Doesn't need to be a special occasion to enjoy the Todd and service at Flemings. The food is consistently good every time. The wait staff is fine although for some reason my water ran dry which I was surprised they didn't have someone just serving water all evening. "

  • "Took my mom here for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day and it was great. The Newport Filet was the perfect portion for her and was cooked properly, as well. The Bone-in Ribeye and Sauteed Mushrooms did not disappoint either. Extensive wine list and a good selection of beer, too. Service was excellent and overall this experience was much better than I expected from a "chain" restaurant. Will definitely go back the next time I am in town to visit my mother."

  • "Fleming's is by far one of my absolute fave restaurants. However, this time I was kind of let down. The service is one of my favorite attributes of this restaurant to the point where I've recommended it to my meeting/event planning friends on numerous occasions. I felt very rushed and wasn't even offered a refill on my coffee during dessert! I'm sure everyone has off days, but I was celebrating Mother's Day with my mom and the waitress knew that - which was even more of a let down. Thankfully, it was my mom's first time there so she didn't notice a change but, not sure what's going on with this particular Fleming's. The ones I've been to in Atlanta and Chicago always provided excellent service."

  • "Really good food, no issues there. Our service was slow and the kitchen was even slower. Appetizer (simple scallop dish) took way too long. Next time, I'd like the server to ask me what our timing is for dinner. Our reservation was at 5:45 and we left the restaurant at 8:10. Took forever! The food was good but not worth that kind of wait. This may not have been our server though - it was more than likely the kitchen being behind."

  • "The ambiance, decor, wine list and particularly the service was top notch, no question in my opinion. The steaks, that's what this place is about isn't it? I'm sorry, but I was rather disappointed! I had a dry cured "prime" rib steak that was seared with a flat iron to finish. I have had a rib steak that was prime and dry cured before. It was so tender I couldn't believe it, and the flavor was beyond compare! That's what I expected for $55.00 a-la-cart. What I got was a high quality Choice steak that was cooked perfectly but lacked the rich stake flavor that I think a rib steak should have. There was no reason on my part to send it back because I don't really think I got a bad one. I'll go back but order down next time."

  • "I have had several trips here in the past and while their service model does not live up to the likes of the Capital Grille, this visit was terrible with the exception of our actual dining waiter. He recognized the balance of the visit was not good and tried to make up for it. We waited at the bar 15 minutes past the Open Table reservation we had, the place was disorganized and the two ladies at the bar seemed uninterested to be there. They then forgot our appetizer order. Kudos to our waiter but over all a bad night at this place."

  • "Food and service is always good, but the wine list is extremely over priced as compared to other restaurants of the same caliber. On average the wines per bottle are 4 x that of retail, typically restaurants charge 2.5 x, so 4 is a bit extreme. There are less expensive wines, in the $30 range, but again those are the ones you would pay $ 10-12. I would visit more often if there were a special 1/2 off wine nite or the wine/btl cost came down. I typically eat out 3-4 / wk."

  • "One of us had the steak & lobster special, which was excellent, the other had the main filet, which was not so great. This is the first time my co-diner has ever sent a filet back, other than to have it cooked a bit more. He sent the first one back because it was underdone & had a big hunk of fat (on a filet????) running thru it; the send one, he ate a small amount, then lost his appetite, due to, again, big hunks of fat. They handled it graciously & removed it from our bill, but it kind of ruined the experience. We usually both love our food at this place!"

  • "I just went to Fleming's for the first time this past Saturday and I have to say I'm really disappointed. My husband ordered a fillet cooked medium-well and they brought him a NY strip cooked medium.They also got one of my friend's steaks wrong at the table which also had to be sent back. After we told them about the issue, they took the steaks and came back with them about 20 minutes later (after the rest of us had pretty much finished eating) and dropped them off. Not once did a manager or anyone else come by to apologize for the issue or address it in any way. Not would I would expect when you're paying those prices (our bill was $650). They were out of both cuts of the dry aged steaks and one other steak we tried to order. Ridiculous."

  • "We went to Fleming's on a recommendation from a friend of our who raved about the place. We had to wait 25 minutes in the bar area for our to drinks to come before we were sat, the server informed is that they were out of several different kinds of steaks, and to top it off, they ran out of bread for the table so we could not get our basket refilled. I was impressed at all by this restaurant."

Unprofessional help is in the middle of the week at this restaurant compared to their weekend staff which is more professional towards the customer."

  • "This was our first time here and my husband took me there for my birthday. Wow the service was exceptional and the food was amazing. We arrived earlier than our reservations however the hostess was kind enough to keep us updated on when our table would be ready unlike most that would not say anything. Our server Holly was phenomenal and made sure my night went without any problem even down to making sure that my birthday gift was fruit as I was on lent and gave up all desserts. That was the special touch that made her the only server that we will request on our many planned future returns. Thank you!"

  • "We had a grand time one recent Friday evening. We had been given some certificates as a gift and invited friends out to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Our group ordered a variety of entrees , so we pretty much covered the whole menu. Each individual was pleased with their meals. I really appreciated the approach that Fleming's Steakhouse takes to offering variety as well as portion size choices (small plates). The filet mignon (even the petite) was more than adequate. The menu is ala carte, so sides have be ordered to round out the meal. This of course adds to cost. The meal was quite expensive when all was said and done."

  • "I took my friend to Flemings for her birthday. She had broken her right wrist and it was in a cast. I called ahead of time and asked if there was any way that her meat could be cut up for her before it came to the table since she was unable to do so. It was and she was thrilled. That was the second time in one week I had been to Flemings and both times were very enjoyable."
