The ambiance is collaborative, it complements the occasion. Though a little pricey, but it's one of those places where you don't mind spending a little more to get a little more. Everyone of the four in our group found something that they really enjoyed. The prime rib was cooked as ordered, which doesn't always happen these days, no matter how you ask for it. The expediter was amazing, serving with three full plates on his arm and sauces. For a chain, it was excellent - my companion said it was the best meal she has had in a long time. Not crowded for a Monday night, even so the service, food, ambiance were all 4.5 stars. There are many excellent steak houses in Vegas, but for a local location in Summerlin this ranks up there. Can't go wrong.3/25/2013 12:00:00 AMA must try!I've been to STK at Cosmopolitan, Prime at Bellagio and a handful of other upscale restaurants throughout Las Vegas and Flemings hands down has the best service! This was our second visit at Flemings and I usually don't return to restaurants because there are so many great options that I still have not tried. My boyfriend insisted we go back for his Birthday because he was that impressed from our first visit. Marco was our server and he was fantastic from beginning to end. The great service was consistent with what we experienced the first time.
Marco was so attentive he absolutely blew us away. The bone in filet was tender and juicy.
