We were entirely pleased with the experience. We were seated within several minutes of our arrival; we had a reservation that Satrurday night. Our waiter was courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and attentive to our table throughout the evening. Our food and beverages were all served promptly and to our order. The salad, steaks, and sides were all delicious and arrived at the proper temperature. We had the crab cakes, which were good; not the best I've ever had, but a solid win. Our entrees (steaks) were excellent. Cooked to the desired temperatures and very flavorful. We split the chocolate lava cake for dessert; it was a very nice finish. The service at our table was good. Our one complaint, and the reason why I could not rate this experience as excellent, was that we were seated almost 40 minutes after our reservation time. We checked in 5-6 minutes late, but given the number of people who were waiting at the bar and in the entry way (standing room only), the restaurant was having trouble managing its reservations system and this was disappointing.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect Birthday Celebration Spot!We received a $50 coupon in the mail and hadn't been there in some time so we decided to go with another couple for my husband's 60th birthday and had a wonderful time. Three from our group wanted the Steak & Lobster special that was on the Flemings website and called and requested it as part of our reservation. Also mentioned the birthday. Everyone was pleased with their cocktails, wine and meals. We appreciated that they put us in one of the smaller, more quiet rooms and afterwards presented my husband with a small gold box with four incredible truffles to take home and also a card for $25 off our next visit.
