   Friendly & interactive hostess & wait staff. The food was superb. Ambience was warm & relaxing. We will most definitely be returning in the near future. -thanks

   We were lucky enough to have the same server as we have had for the last 3 times that we’ve had dinner at Fleming’s on Mother’s Day! She’s so great at her job and I wish I could remember her name but I’m terrible with names. She’s very attentive and so sweet. It was a great dinner and we really enjoyed it. The food was great and the only issue we had was one state that was not cooked to the correct temperature as was requested. They quickly remediated that and replaced the stake with chicken. We had a great time there and will definitely go back..

   Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely will come back for the tuna appetizer and the calamari truly the best I’ve ever tasted.

   Our waitress Rose was great and she took great care of us. The manager kept checking on us and made sure we had what we needed. Our food was great!

   As a first-timer at a steakhouse, I was really impressed with Fleming's Steakhouse - Charlotte. From the time we walked through the doors and upon our exit, the staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The hostesses greeted us with smiles, and the wait staff who served our table (Allyssa G and 2 gentlemen (sorry I forgot their names)) were always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we need, to answer any questions we had, and to even share a few laughs with us. I was very pleased with Allyssa's patience and understanding for all the questions I asked regarding steak choices, the best option for how I wanted my steak cooked, to the sides and drinks to compliment the food. I started out with a Salted Carameltini which was wonderful, and ordered the CAB Ribeye with mashed potatoes and crispy brussels sprouts. The CAB Ribeye was cooked to perfection, tasted amazing and melted in my mouth. I have strayed away from steak from past bad experiences and this was an amazing first-time experience I ever encountered. The mash potatoes were smooth and creamy and I can't say enough about the crispy brussels sprouts with bacon were yummy (brussels sprouts fan here). My friends and I enjoyed the amazing ambience of Flemings -- to sit, conversate and laugh in a peaceful setting, and your location was only 4 mins from our hotel downtown. I was able to take my steak home, reheat it, and it tasted as if I had just ordered it. I look forward to return to Fleming's Steakhouse - Charlotte when I return to visit. Please thank Allyssa G and the 2 gentleman, they were amazing and for surprising our friend with a surprise birthday cake and little gift! The experience made my trip to Charlotte that more amazing.    Gary was great, didn’t rush you, made you feel special and checked on us just enough. Food was fabulous. Only complaint we had was the music, not the kind you enjoy fine dining to.
