Fleming's Steakhouse - BostonOutstanding EveningMy wife and I enjoyed our evening at Flemings. The Steaks were perfect, the service was very good with one exception. We each ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and the waiter should have told us that 1 side was enough for 4 people. After we finished our dinner and the plates were being cleared the waitress at the table next to us explained to those guests that the side dishes were plenty big for all to enjoy and that 1 was too much for an individual.

For that reason they were pushin us to get an appitizer but the bread and spread you get for free was delish. The New York strip is to die for! The server ican is the server you want. The only downside was the dessert tasted like it was previously frozen. I went for restaurant week though, so perhaps they were just trying to standardize everything. It had dim lighting and lots of red, making it perfect for bringing a date. However, make sure your date has a big appetite because the portions are huge and delicious. They also have "Wine Pads," tablet devices that contain the whole wine list with detailed descriptions, pairing suggestions, and a "spin the bottle" feature that selects a random wine for you.

The food is divine, the atmosphere isn't stuffy and the staff was incredible. Even the spread that came with the bread was amazing.
