Their selection of wines is impressive and computerized; unfortunately, we did not find any staff who were facile with it, so we (& they) used the printed copy of their list). The wine we wanted, a riessling, was available,. Crab cake appetizer was the best part of the meal! Our server suggested it. We added the Fleming's salad, a worthy, but not outstanding dish. We share the 11 oz. filet. It was cooked to our satisfaction, but was coarse and tender enough for a good night out, but not a gourmet dinner. The mushrooms made a side dish that was exactly right. I was there for a business dinner with a group of 6 people. The waitor was very aware and was very respectful. We had a great time - best vendor dinner in a while. The steak was outstanding and appetizers and sides were also delicious. The staff was friendly and well trained. The Perfect Manhattan was perfectly prepared. The Filet Mignon and NY Strip were prepared perfectly to our choice of doneness and flavorful.
