"I have visited many steak houses in my life, this was a nice surprise. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were great!

"I have to tell you that this is a nice restaurant. I just have a couple of minor things to mention. There is no list of drinks other than a wine list. A couple of people wanted beer and the lady that took our drink order had no clue what kind of beer was available other than Bud and Bud Light. I had a NY steak and it was just that. There was no real flavor to it at all. It was very tender and juicy and would have been perfect had it been prepared with some sort of light garlic sauce or something to give flavor to it. The vegetables were prepared perfectly and the salads were good too. The waiter was great. We have a lot of choices in Las Vegas for dining and because of that, I would probably choose to go elsewhere next time."

"Our third experience, with many more to come. Prime rib and rib eye steaks were Tops !
Attentive service with no feeling of being pushed out the door after one hour. We were there for 2 lovely hours.A very comfortable atmosphere. Background live piano entertainment is so rare anymore and we love it. Piano Requests are accepted and well done."

"Dress code was not enforced, so having dressed up nicely i felt awkward. The staff was attentive, but not professional, i could get the same service at iHop. i would expect mroe from a nice resturaunt. BUT. this place still rocked. excellent prices, great wine list, the iced tea was great and so was my 20oz Rib Eye. Green peppercorn sauce was more of a gravy than a peppercorn sauce, but the bernaise sauce was excellent."

"From what once was "Roberta's" Steak house with a complimentary relish tray, house salad and side dishes included with your entree, is now "The Flame" with no relish tray even available, to everything a-la-carte priced. Waiters and waitresses who were once friendly and bubbly, even excited to see return customers are now mundain and somewhat lacking in any positive personality at all. Portion sizes have gone way down, the complimentary bread is now dolled out of a basket and as soon as it cools down from the steamer is hard as a rock. The accompanying butter is cold and equally hard. It is very apparant that profitability is become the main focus of this once customer based focus steak house. Nothing special anymore, just good, that is all."

"The ambience was nice. We ordered a french onion soup which was very good but it went downhill from there...2 of us ordered steak and the other 2 had the rotisserie chicken and they both were terrible! The steak had no flavor at all. we ordered a side of mushrooms and mashed potatoes. the sauteed mushrooms had no flavor at all however i think we filled ourselves on the mashed potato. The rotisserie Chicken was very dry and tasteless as well. So overall, the only good 2 dishes we had were the french onion soup and the mashed potatoes...very disappointed."

"It was our first time at the flame. Moving thru the casino to the restaraunt one realizes how old this place really is however the flame was a pleasent suprise. Our crab dish was great with an appropriate presentation and salad was fresh and well seasoned. Bread was marginal but who needs white bread these days? Service was pleasent and prompt while providing us with plenty of quiet time."
