At the Flagstaff House chef Mark has had the pleasure of preparing a special menu for the Emperor and Emperess of Japan as well as the Prime minister of Japan and his foreign ministers. The restaurant has also hosted many dinners for notable culinary dignitarties including Paul Bocuse, Angela Gaja and Robert Mondavi. The Monette family has owned the Flagstaff House since 1971.
