Make sure to save room for DESSERT!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMSunday Brunch and/or LunchNow that I experienced Sunday Brunch/Lunch at Flagler's, I would love to get back someday to enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, I am back in IL, so will have to save it for a future trip.
We sat outside and our group of 4 couldn't have enjoyed this time together more. The service was great, everyone totally enjoyed their menu selections, and looking out over the Breaker's golf course was a bonus.
I was especially happy when our waitress said, in addition to the brunch menu, anything could be ordered from the lunch menu, as well. It was the best I have ever had! The meat was 'like butta'! It was moist and tender. It was served with a very generous portion of succulent lobster. The presentation was nice, too! My husband enjoyed his blackened ribeye very much, as well! Our server was efficient and very cordial. The dessert, Mint chocolate chip sundae on a warm brownie,was delish!

Pre-fixed menu had great choices within all three courses. Servers were busy but able to manage our table perfectly as no one felt rushed and were very relaxed. Waited at the bar for our table since we were a little early. Not easy to order drinks at a bar with only one very busy bartender. When the hostes came to seat us we had to carry our drinks to the table. We were politely told to. Otherwise, good personable service. I had the ribeye and while it was good it wasn't special. I've had better. Many times. Creamed spinach was pretty good, not too heavy. The view from the terrace dining is hard to beat! Our server was great and treated us so nicely. She knew it was our anniversary and gave us something special for dessert, and that only added to our experience! She took our picture to remember the wonderful occasion! We had a glass of red wine, the fish sandwich and the short rib and cheddar sandwich, which were all delicious. We had the Key Lime pie for dessert, which was also yummy. We sat on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view. Our service was excellent, as was our dinner. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous as the evening progressed. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, and we would recommend our dining experience to everyone we know.
