A word from Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck
We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list. Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "There's aren't many words to describe perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience."

  • "Having been in Dallas for many years, I was excited to show some visiting friends the view from Reunion Tower. Add in amazing food, incredible service and we had a wonderful evening."

  • "I thought Five Sixty would be outstanding with the Wolfgang Puck moniker. I was disappointed. Two of us went to celebrate a special date. The noise level makes it impossible to carry on a conversation. We were at a table for 2. At dinner hour there were a lot of people dressed in blue jeans and T-shirts. Families with children helped keep the noise level high. Not the place for a romantic date. I ordered a @$295 bottle of wine with a 1996 vintage. The waiter brought a 2002 and offered no explanation. Only when I asked was I told the menu stated "Vintage subject to Substitution". (Price was not subject to substitution). The view of Dallas downtown at night is great. Possibly the only great thing about the restaurant."

  • "We were pleasantly surprised. We had heard some so-so reviews. The food we had; beef ribs and duckling were excellent. The service from valet parking, lower level concierge, upper level host, to food service was 1st Class. Recognizing our anniversary with dessert was a nice touch. Can't beat the view. Our experience was on the border between Very Good and Outstanding. We had heard of some confusion on one review regarding cost of valet parking. We found no such confusion, and with the ticket stamped at the restaurant, a $5.00 charge makes Valet Parking a no-brainer."

  • "Wonderful view, great service, excellent food! We had a spectacular experience and evening."

  • "This was a perfect little place to come for a special occassion only. The reason I say that is because * parking is very expensive ( even if you are a guest of the Hyatt hotel ) * You have to wait in line to ride the elevator up * If they permit you to ride the elevator up, it takes a while for the elevator to come down ( there's only one ) * It is asian inspired food so it is for specific tast buds * Beware, you can see the floor move. If you have a sensitive stomach or plan on drinking alot, DO NOT GO HERE * Staff was very attentive * Amazing View"

  • "We loved the view and atmosphere and a nice place to hang out. The bars on the turntable made it a little noisy and kinda hard to have a quiet conversation as we were having a quiet dinner. Waiters and staff were awesome and so friendly! Food was tasty, not really worth $32 a plate. It was a great spot and place to visit for a special occasion. We were in town and just wanted something different to experience."

  • "This restaurant has a spectacular view of the city of Dallas unmatched by any other restaurant. The food was better than average but not excellent. The service was mediocre."

  • "Food was great, customer service was better and location top notch. Overlooking the skyline on a constant rotation great idea!"

  • "Great food, great view, perfect service. Only thing that may keep me from returning was noise level. Was so loud it prevented conversation at table unless you leaned forward and talked loud."

  • "My husband and I had a stressful week and we took a get away to The Omni. Last minute I got us reservations at the Reunion Tower/ 560 restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, we watched the sunset over Dallas! The staff was friendly, the drinks and food were amazing and we shared a dessert..Oh my goodness! So romantic, so perfect! !"

  • "I surprised my daughter with her first dinner at the Reunion Tower before the Michael Jackson Cirque. It took her a minute to figure it out, which I love. THe food was good, but my only complaint is with the lobster stir fry, I did not have much lobster, unless I just never hit the right bite. Drinks were outstanding. Already want to go back....but alas I am from Tulsa, OK and won't be back until the end of August. Must try to get there!"

  • "We celebrated a birthday with the 7 course tasting and wine pairings. The chef made a pesco-veggie version for the birthday girl. Food was great, service was wonderful. The wines were well paired but they were not anything special (Frog's Leap Chardonnay, Pedernales Tempranillo for example). Kudos to the staff at 560."

  • "Yes, where else can one have access to such birds eye view of the city at night and still be having dinner without having to handle the pilots control of landing instructions from Airports tower and Protocols to land a plane. You can only have such ease at the Wolfgang Puck in the Re-union-Tower. I enjoyed every bit of my stay there."

  • "This was a great evening. It was my wife's birthday and they treated her like a queen. From the time we got there, they acknowledged her day which made it special. Food was just ok, that's why the 3 stars. Everything else was fabulous"

  • "My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here on Monday night. It was a wonderful experience all around. It started with the Ambassador at the elevator and went all the way through dinner. Great appetizers, dinner, and desert! The service was top notch!"

  • "Great romantic evening, fine dining at a reasonable price, it was a bit noisier than i would have liked, but with tinittus that doesn't mean much"

  • "This is definitely a place you have to do at least once in your life. This was my second time and while the cocktails were stellar - the food was a little lacking and service was mediocre. Our main server seemed to be 'put out' with having to serve us and forgot 2 of our items that were ordered. When I leaned in to let him know that it was both my husband and daughter's birthday - he waved his hand and said - yeah, yeah - I already know. Sad thing is - they just honored my daughter with the 'birthday' dessert (which we paid for - totally fine). My main entree was 'meh' and for the price. There are many, many places to eat in Dallas - so barring the view - I probably will not return."

  • "I'm from the area, but I had never been. When my husband suggested we go for our anniversary, I was super excited. Then we got there. The view was spectacular. A few minutes in, a group of 5 were seated next to us. The tables are very close. They proceeded to take pictures which was fine, but they were so loud and giggly as we were trying to enjoy a romantic meal. The server never mentioned the specials like he did at every other table. We ordered sushi that was ok. I had the prawns. The curry sauce was overwhelming. So much so my husband had to eat it because I couldn't. His Thai chicken was decent. Neither entree was worth the money. We will not be back."

  • "We had come here before last year and the food was really good that time. This time the food was very salty. We felt that the quality of food was not up to the mark."

  • "Spent our anniversary in Dallas and ate here for dinner...reservations were for 7:30p so we got to see the skyline before and after the sun went down. Service and food were excellent. Sushi was delicious. My filet was cooked perfectly and my wife had the quail which was also wonderful...they even recognized our anniversary with a complimentary appetizer as well as writing "Happy Anniversary" next to our dessert with chocolate sauce. We had a special night!"

  • "My husband and I celebrated our 10 yr anniversary here and I have to say It Did Not disappoint. Everything service, Food, Scenery "SUPERB" I will def recommend you to dress up, go early to enjoy the bar before your 5 star dinner. My husband was surprisingly satisfied and couldn't even eat all his Ribs (not your everyday ribs) and my Filet and brown rice was to die for. Lobster spring rolls and Cali Sushi Roll is to die for awesome starters... Hope you enjoy as well as we did!!"

  • "Best dining experience i've had in a long time. Very pretty inside & the view is amazing... thought i'd be nervous eating on a spinning floor but it was pretty cool. Great waiter & food was delicious. Overall I enjoyed myself & was very impressed... kinda pricey but definitely worth it."

  • "Dined at 560 many times. The short ribs are wonderful & always tender. Sushi menu has a large variety & the fish is high quality. It is definitely pricy so be ready for a high bill, especially if you partake in any alcoholic beverages. Lobster spring tolls & the filet were also delicious."

  • "Our first time going. It was a surprise for my husband's birthday. The food was pricey but it was worth every penny. The entire staff was friendly. We will definitely go back."

  • "We had nothing but a pleasant experience @ the 560 restaurant. The host was very polite. The servers were top notch and the food was great. Both my teenage daughters (Who are hard to impress) said they really liked the whole experience as well. Great way to celebrate our 25th anniversary."

  • "Great place and very romantic. I took my girlfriend for our aniversary and she was really excited. We loved the food, and we had a great time."

  • "We scheduled online and the only available time was at 10pm on a Saturday night. On arrival the staff was very polite. The service was decent (at the beginning the wait was a little long for appetizers and drinks) but ended up being perfect toward the end. Our server was very polite as well as attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely wonderful and the price paid for the meal was worth the cost. The wine and cocktail lists were very suitable as well as diverse. Finally, the view was stunning from the rotating restaurant and had a very romantic feel. We will be revisiting this restaurant in the future!"

  • "That is what this restaurant is about, the view. The view was amazing. Try to get a seat by the window, or you will be starring at people all night in the way of your view. The food was good but over priced. I mean $40 for some chicken? Went for our 5 yr anniversary. Asked for a window seat so they stuck us away from the window next to a table with two young girls and their parents celebrating their birthday. Thanks. $20 to valet park or $10 at the north side of the hotel open self park lot. Overall good, but only for a special occasion."

  • "This was my 4th time in Five Sixty and I loved it. The food is amazing and the views and experience makes it unforgettable. I went to welcome part of my family who were traveling to the Big D. Two recommendations: some dishes are too small, like the sausage fried rice. Value is always important. The next recommendation is to be careful not to make customers feel rushed. I unfortunately felt this way at the beginning of the evening. I was been asked for main choices frequently and reminded of the time that cooking the food took. Another observation: some people were not allowed to get in because of sandals or shorts. However, once inside I found at least 3 males wearing sandals and shorts? They must be consistent."

  • " A great experience in every respect. I was disappointed with my reservation time at first because the lady I would be dining with had said she wanted to see Dallas from that elevation at night. We were escorted to a bar area after diner and stayed until 10. It was absoluetly marvelous. Thank you, Bill"

  • "Great scenic view espically at night. Great service - available and attentive but not overwhelming. Great food - fun to try new foods and food combination. The noise level can be challenging if seated by a large group. Would strongly recommend!"

  • "Got mixed reviews before going but the restaurant was fantastic. The valet was very nice and made sure we knew where to go, had no confusion on how to get to up to the top of the tower. Servers were very attentive and friendly, not to mention funny. View was spectacular as the sun set. Will definitely be going back for my next special occassion."

  • "Obviously the big draw is the view, but the food is very good and the young waitstaff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We had sushi for appetizers - excellent. The crispy duck breast was very good - moist and delicious. The salmon entree is huge - could be split if you aren't that hungry. The beef short ribs tasted great but were a little fatty in places (a little is to be expected, but this was more than that). Desserts were unbelievable. We split the chocolate soufflé and the banana pudding. The pudding is ok, but the soufflé was incredible. It takes about 10 minutes to bake which is shorter than most places. Try it!"

  • "First time here but not impressed. I requested a different table with a better view the server asked the manager and said NO! There were empty tables in front of us but we're not offered to me. I ordered 2 extra sides and sent one back. It was very terrible. At the end server charge for the side."
