Five Sixty by Wolfgang PuckTasting menuMy girlfriend and I both enjoyed the Chef's 7 course tasting menu. Somehow we received 9 courses, no complaints at all! We had reservations for 9pm and we didn't leave until about 1130; everything was amazing!6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMhappyHad a wonderful time and really enjoyed everything about it. My wife and I had a really romantic 1st anniversery6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMexcellent dining experienceMy husband & I visited this restaurant primarily for the location & all the hype on the ambience . Being our 14 year anniversary,we wanted a great experience & memory. We were over the top pleased with just not the location & atmosphere but the food & cocktails were absolutely amazing as well!! We will definetly be suggesting this place to friends but we will be returning as well!6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for a special occasionFive Sixty by Wolfgang Puck has always been a unique place for special occasions. Wedding anniversaries or birthdays all become especially memorable if celebrated at 560.6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMbestEVERdiningexperienceFirst time to try world-class dining and we "hicks from the sticks" were treated like royalty! Servers guided us through the menu and every recommendation was delicious. View from the Top of Texas with food and service from the Top of the World! A MUST EAT!6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMgreat view, great foodFriends and I loved it. the staff are accustomed to taking photos of diners.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMPefection with a PriceMy wife and I recently went and while the food and atmosphere are amazing and something to really enjoy- make sure this is a very thought out restaurant venture. We had to make a reservation a month in advance and the menu is quiet expensive which is understandable since it is a wolf gang restaurant. For us it was a one time experience since we knew it would be expensive. Enjoy but plan accordingly.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMDinner was great! And theDinner was great! And the view of the city was awesome.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMMy first time in Dallas...This restaurant was definitely an amazing experience. The food was a little eclectic, but there is something for everyone. The view was to die for as Dallas is a beautiful city. I went with my boyfriend of three years and it was a wonderful experience and romantic too. Some people were there with their kids. I wouldn't take my kids, but as a couple or even a group of friends it is the perfect spot and most definitely a must do restaurant if you are ever in Dallas! I would go back!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMSo Speical for our Kinder Grad!We wanted to do something special with our Kindergarten Graduate...something he wouldn't forget! And, we are so glad that we chose Five Sixty as the place to celebrate! They made him feel SO special...even writing "Congratulations Grad" on his yummy dessert! A precious memory for all of us!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMBreathtakingWe celebrated our (5) year anniversary with a wonderful dinner. Everyone there made us feel appreciated as a customer and helpful suggesting various items on menu. The scenery can get no better! No kids screaming, nobody on cell phones also added to the serenity!!! Quality of food was outstanding. $ for the value of the experience was spot on - we will be back!!! BTW the elevator ride was a blast. This place isI a true gem for Dallas. Simply put, the night couldn't have gone any better6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic food with a viewYou can't beat the view from the top of reunion tower. We went at 6:30 so we got to see the sunset and the city lights at night. We spent a good 2 1/2 hours there but never felt rushed, the wait staff was very helpful and friendly. I was expecting large white plates with tiny portions but I was shocked to see how plentiful the portions were. The food itself, while not a foodie myself, was fantastic. It was hands down one of the best meal of my life. I don't care your reason for going (date night, anniversary, birthday, Friday night) just go, you won't regret it.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved everything about foodLoved everything about food and service. The view seems to make it all worth while. A little too noisy for my taste-tables quite close to one another; unavoidable I'm sure since everyone wants to sit by the windows.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding as always! What's not to love when you want to impress loved ones with friendly service, great food and the best view of the city! We requested a window seat and were promptly seated on a great view of the city!6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMHeavenly food and terrific serviceMy wife and I recently celebrated our 2nd Anniversary at the Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX. It was by far the best food we have had in a long time and the service was absolutely amazing! We will be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate any occasion. Highly recommend the New York Strip and the Filet Mignon if you want a great steak! We didn't want it to end!6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent!!Great food! Great service! Treated and fed us like we were royalties!6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent EveningTruely enjoyed my evening. It was great view of Dallas. It was a wonderful romantic spot. The soft shell crab roll was divine. I recommend the Wok Fired Mushrooms. Well done with a slight kick.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat nightWonderful place, great view is expensive yes but it worth and if you are with good friends you can have a great experience.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMLove this place!560 is a great place to have drinks and an appetizer or 2. We had the crab cake and its the best I have ever had. It's one good size cake, and its beautiful. We also had the pork belly pot stickers, and the lettuce cups. The pot stickers are amazing! I even ate the garnish it was sooo good. The lettuce cups were good too with tempura shrimp. The lettuce was fresh and each piece of lettuce was perfect. Very fresh and great tasting. 560 offers no only great taste but the presentation and plating is taken as seriously as the taste and quality of the food. The portions are small, but they are supposed to be.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMDeliciousThis was our first dining experience. The view was great and the timing was perfect. We went at 7:30 so we got the sunset and the night lights. The food was amazing but our favorite was the shrimp lettus rolls. Our server was very knowledgable and had great reccomendations. Jacob was A+. Our only complaint was that it was pretty noisy. Probably due to the shape of the space.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were there for my wife'sWe were there for my wife's birthday party. It was really great place for parties and dining. I would definitely recommend this place to go.
Great food, good ambience and excellent service.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMWolfgang Puck Five SixtyFoot was amazing. The quail was crisp and delicious, the halibut was a small portion but mouthwatering. Great views of downtown.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experience!!!Great service and delicious food. The restaurant has a special magic to be with the people who you really care!!!5/29/2013 12:00:00 AMSpendy but FunOur first time at Five Sixty was an anniversary celebration and it was wonderful. The food was delicious, just as we expected. The views of Dallas and the surrounding area are amazing. Our waiter, Austin, was terrific and really helped us enjoy our first visit. We had checked out the restaurant's website so knew, generally, how things were priced; still, the final tab was a bit high for us normal, mid-income folk. We do, however, strongly recommend Five Sixty for those occasions where you are celebrating something really special. Too, we think it would a great place to go for a cocktail and appetizer during a blasting thunderstorm or later at night when the Dallas lights are gleaming.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMspecial occassionwe come to the restaurant for our anniversary once a year,we love the food and the view especially we were late this year since its in march but was and is always worth the wait.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMDining way upFor a special occasion in Dallas, this is the place. Wine list and liquors selections are huge. We hade the calamari and suckling pig for first and were most impressed with the pig. Glazed duck and Filet for dinner, perfect. But if you love deserts then I recommend the chocolate soufflé with a sweet sherry is incredible!5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMTruly Memorable EveningWent for my partner's birthday dinner and decided on the Chef's 7 course selection with wine pairing. It was an evening of outstanding food, wine, friends, views, and laughter. The setting is upscale casual. The music was old school rock- I think they played the entire Led Zeppelin Mothership album. The views are, of course, beyond compare to any other restaurant in Dallas. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The food....well, just Wow! The chef really impressed us with every plate. My favorites were "pork 4 ways" and the "Lacquered Duck". If you do the 7 course option be prepared to be there awhile for the full experience. We were there almost 4 decadent hours. It was an outstanding experience! No complaints.5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat eperince at Five Sixty.Great eperince at Five Sixty. The service was first class, and I waiter was very friendly. Food was fantastic, great menu options. Wine and beer menu had tons of options that would fit anyone's preference. The waiter told us about a very unique desert special that wasn't on the menu. My girlfriend and I tired it and loved it. To make all that even better we got to enjoy a great view and didn't feel rushed after we finished so we were able to just sit back and enjoy our view of DFW.5/23/2013 12:00:00 AMStellar view, food, and serviceThis was our first visit to Five Sixty and it exceeded my expectations. I choose it specifically for the experience of being in Reunion Tower but that ended up being only one of many reasons I would recommend it. The food was delicious and our server (Matthew) did an excellent job of recommending items that paired well and complimented one another. The noise level was moderate to high but it did not interfere with our date at all, we could still easily here one another. This restaurant should be on everyone's "Must try" list. If the expense doesn't bother you, I can guarantee you will go back.5/23/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding viewMy girlfriend and I made a special trip to 560. The view from the ball was great the food and service were very good. The whole experience made us feel very important and made me seem like a hero for showing her such a special night.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat view!!!!The price was what I expected, but the portion of food was way too small. My appetizer was shrimp dumplings and they only gave me half of a small bowl. The steak and chicken size was decent. Desert was a skimpy as well. Overall the food tasted amazing.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome ViewThe food is amazing but the view made the night magical.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMMade for a very special eveningFive Sixty has now made it to my very short list of the top restaurants I recommend in Dallas. The ambience cannot be beaten, especially at night! I do warn you that going near sunset will mean one or more in your party will be battling the sunlight in their eyes as it goes down, but being able to watch the entire sunset from 560 feet in the air is breathtaking and so worth the hassle!
The sushi was outstanding! My husband got something raw (I don't do raw), and I got the dragon roll. It is the best sushi roll I've ever had in my life! I didn't even mind the $17 price tag for 8 pieces!
My favorite part of the evening was dessert! The soufflé cannot be beaten! And trust me....I have had many a Dallas soufflé! Perfect birthday celebration!5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst time visitorOur daughter wanted to go here (not in her budget) to celebrate her graduation from college. We had a wonderful time. The view is amazing. Our food....from appetizers to dessert was definitely above average. Several items would please the most discerning palate. Overall, I sense that the restaurant is patronized by tourists more than locals. The attached hotel is out of date but is apparently undergoing renovations soon.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMHighly recommendedMy experience was a very good one. The view was fantastic on a clear night with all the seats facing the windows. The rotation of the dining area was noticeable at first, but as the night went on it wasn't an issue. They were out of the duckling, which is one of their big sellers, but that was probably because we got the latest reservation. The wait staff was very attentive in regards to our drinks getting close to empty, but the waiter taking our order was not seen very much. It was highly enjoyable and would recommend this to others.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome dining experience. This was my second dining experience on the reunion tower. Although they sont have a kids menu the were very accommodating. TEverything about this restaurant was high class. From the valet parking to the receptionist to the server. Its an experience you must have.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthday DinnerGreat place for special occasions. The drinks are rather pricy but over all, great place and excellent servers.5/15/2013 12:00:00 AM30th birthday celebrationWe went on a Tuesday night to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommended the calamari.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMFit the sceneFive Sixty by Wolfgang Puck is a restaurant overlooking the city of Dallas. As you enjoy an Asian style menu, you can enjoy the scenic views of Dallas.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMDinning with the lightsWe enjoyed the rotating view and all the lights displayed by the buildings.
Our children had great time and the food was excellent.
My wife and I really enjoy the drinks as we all celebrated the Mothers Day weekend
The service was wonderful5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely venue, inventive dishesMy husband and I ordered the spicy tuna tartare and lobster & shrimp spring roll appetizers. The tuna was a little fishy due to the shaved bonito topping, but quite unusual. The lobster & shrimp rolls were perfect; filled with large chunks of lobster tail. I ordered the "lacquered" duckling. According to our waiter, it is one of the 40 best entrees in Dallas. Order this ONLY if you love duck. I would not order it again. My main complaint is that the skin was not as crispy as advertised. The duck meat itself (remember, duck has a lot of fat) was quite good, as were the noodles that accompanied it. My husband ordered the filet au poivre and thought it was "perfect." Overall, good food but quite pricey.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMOn Top of the World!I now understand why there is a long waiting list to dine at Five Sixty by Wolfgang Pucks. When you are able to combine exquisite cuisine with an outstanding view topped off with an excellent staff, people will want to come! If you know that you will be in the downtown Dallas area and wish to have a memorable dining experience, then I suggest you book your reservation at least a month ahead of time for a weekend dinner. We were there to celebrate my birthday and splurged on the 7-course dining experience. I have never spent that much on a meal but I will say that it was totally worth it. Each course was brought out and explained by well trained staff, the meals were not only picture perfect but very palatable as well! Highly Recommend!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMReunion towerBasically good food but paying for the view....not bad!!5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMMagical expereienceThe restaurant was great, food was awesome. We could not have asked for better service, we enjoyed celebrating our aniversary here. The extra added touch of wishing us a happy aniversary with chocolate was fun. Thank you for a pleasurable, and memorable experience.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMI loved it!The service was excellent since the valet parking guy and the other 4 people, all were great. The food, awesome, really. Of course the outstanding view, very romantic, try at 7,, so you can have the sunset and the amazing lights of Dallas when the night falls down.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect for a Romantic Date NightThe atmosphere at Five Sixty can't be beat and there is not a bad seat in the house as each table has a fantastic view. The menu is pretty unique and provides options not found at other restaurants. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant in general. The food was fantastic, though "Asian fusion" is something we are only likely to enjoy sporadically. Make your reservations for after sunset. We made a reservation the day before so there was only early availability and the restaurant feels much more romantic when the sun is down and the city lights are on.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMNoisyWould have been all five stars, however it is quite noisy.5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfectIf your visiting Dallas you must visit Five Sixty. Super5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Food & View-Bravo Wolfgang! Was visiting Dallas for work reasons, staying at Hyatt which is connected to this restaurant. It was a wonderful experience to have dinner here. The food is a fusion of Asian and American...with maybe a touch of Texas thrown in. The quality of ingredients, presentation, and service is worth going put of your way to experience. If you are staying at the Hyatt, you must try this restaurant. It is not inexpensive, but it is a wonderful value for the view, the ambiance, the flavor combinations. It's not touristy ...although its a perfect way to get a feel for Dallas quickly. Highly recommend. Bravo Wolfgang, again!5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect location for specialPerfect location for special occassion. I strongly recommend this restaurant.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AM
