A word from Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck
We are now Open on Sundays! Come join us at Five Sixty atop Reunion Tower. The skyline’s distinguishing 560-foot landmark with the distinctive glowing ball houses legendary chef Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining restaurant in the city. Upon ascending 50 stories, diners depart from the elevator at the center of the restaurant. From the moment guests enter, they are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that line the restaurant, offering 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The cuisine draws inspiration from Puck’s renowned signature fine dining restaurants including Spago, Chinois and CUT. Featuring modern fusion of Asian dishes, the menu can be enjoyed in the 150-seat main room or at the restaurant’s two stylish bars: a rotating bar facing outwards so patrons can enjoy the view, and a stationary, ultra-contemporary illuminated glass bar where guests can watch the action at the sushi and robata exhibition kitchen. Wine aficionados will appreciate an extensive wine list. Continued

  • "I had no complains about the sushi for this chef.. Food was delicious. The scene is great for special occasions."

  • "I just moved to Dallas and wanted to take my girlfriend somewhere we could see the entire city for her birthday and this was it. The staff was amazing and very professional. The ambiance was very nice and the food was amazing! Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours there because the food takes time and it is well worth it. They have gluten free entrees that the waiter pointed out for us per my request. They are a small kitchen so the mushroom allergy limited our food options on the side dishes because they only have one wok to cook with. I had the duck which takes 3 days to prepare and it was delicious. If you want to have an overall experience with plenty of visual experiences and a taste bud rollercoaster then this is your place."

  • "great experience - fantastic food and server and no better views in all of Dallas"

  • "I made reservations quite a while ahead of time. When they called to confirm reservations they asked if it was for a special occasion. I didn't really think it would matter but i let them know it was for an anniversary dinner anyways. We got seated right on time, and they brought us an anniversary cup of soup. It was an awesome dinner, and the restaurant was great. When we ordered dessert, they wrote "Happy Anniversary" with syrup on the plate. They really went above and beyond to make our visit special. I would absolutely go there again."

  • "My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service at 560, where we went for her birthday. The Sommelier made a great selection for us and the wait staff was attentive and fantastic. You can't beat the view either! On a side note, the check in girl working that night (April 11th, 2014) was rude, disengaged and overall stuck up. Replace her and our experience would have been a perfect 10."

  • "This restaurant met all my expectations!!! It was absolutely amazing. It was a little difficult to find the elevator but the workers were very helpful. I will definitely be back for another special occasion."

  • "I have been here several times, even when it was named something else.. (Can't think of the name), It will always be Reunion Tower--Fine Dining!!,, WE had a blast,,. We were dining for my Brother-n-Law of over 30-yrs B-Day, but their flight was cancelled due to bad weather..... We (Me and my wife) decided to hang out anyway,, and the free concert was on the money... The service and employees was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!... We will be doing this again,, VERY SOON!!... Holla"

  • "My wife and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at 5 sixty. It was a perfect night watching the sunset over downtown Dallas. The manager , chef and wait staff took good care of us during our visit. The food was awesome. Grab your partner and book your reservation ."

  • "This is the best restaurant I have been to in my sixteen year in Dallas, I already recommend a friend, I love the view and the services were excellent, and I am looking forward for my next visit with my in-laws"
    Dined on 4/10/2014
  • "Food was very good, drinks were perfectly made, and the view was outstanding! (My only "wish it was not there" moment was the woman at the next table breast feeding. Would have preferred she had a scarf or something for a little privacy.) Other than that, perfect! We'll definitely be back."

  • "The waiter recommended the Pork Chop. When it arrived it was very tough, so tough, that when the manager stopped at the table I asked for a new knife as it would not cut through the pork chop. He brought a new knife and it still didn't do the job. I was offered a new chop but declined as I was on business and did not want to carry around a pork chop. This is not what I expected from a restaurant of this caliber, it was a $38 pork chop. It should have been a better cut of meat and prepared to perfection! I think what was so amazing was no other options offered. It was just oh, not to your satisfaction, oh well. Reputations are built on experience like this."

  • "My husband and I are from out-of-town, but travel to Dallas a few times a year. We decided to give Five Sixty a try this trip and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and so was the service. The only drawback was during the sunset for about 30 minutes, the sun was directly in our eyes until we fully rotated away from it. Next time, we will make a later reservation so we do not have that problem. It was a great experience overall!"

  • "We enjoyed our visit, however the main reason we made the reservation was to get the spare ribs appetizer only to find out when we got there, that they don't have it anymore."

  • "We absolutely had a DIVINE time for my husband's birthday.. They communicated well with me to help make my surprises special for my hubby. He was confused and star struck when the executive Chef Patton came to our table to give him a special welcome, birthday card, private quiet window seating, COMPLIMENTARY (wine, sushi prepared by the chef himself, valet, and chocolate written birthday message plated around dessert. It was an AMAZING time and AMAZING Food as always. We had some AWESOME cocktails too.. hubby had Samurai Sword and I had Monroe's Passion. We had 2 GREAT servers who stayed within eyesight the whole night even with the circulation of the ball. They received a might fine tip as well for such great kindness and service."

  • "My husband surprised me for my birthday and it was definitely a great surprise. The food was excellent we ordered the roasted chicken and curry shrimp for our entrees and we had no complaints. For dessert we ordered the chocolate bread pudding, absolutely delicious abd my husband doesn't like bread pudding. It was a little loud and our server spoke a little to soft for the noise level. Overall it was a great experience!"

  • "Wonderful food, perfect portions and the staff is attentive.. almost too attentive if there is a such a thing. A little less visits to the table would have been nice, felt a little rushed. Can't beat the views and experience!"

  • "I took my daughter for her 16th birthday dinner and we had an outstanding experience. We chose the chef's 7 course tasting menu that was pricy at first, but after a 2h 30 min dinner , it was definately worth every penny !! My daughter was surprised by her dessert that had "Happy Birthday" written in melted chocolate on the dish. Congratulations also to our server, that explained in details every dish. I would definitely recommend Five Sixty to everyone I know."

  • "As usual the seating was on time and as requested. The waiter always responsive. The drinks and food outstanding and the view wonderful. Noise could be a tad less from the overhead speakers. Matched our expectations on a repeat visit."

  • "I have visited DFW for holidays, entertainment and work since I was young. I always wanted to see what the "big ball" was in the Dallas skyline. After all these years I finally made it to the top of the Reunion Tower and my Five Sixty restaurant experience was everything I had hoped it would be. The website, atmosphere, service, food and drinks were amazing. I will be dining there again... soon!"

  • "Poor signage - directions to restaurant inside; way too many way stations checking on this guest;before getting up to the restaurant; food portions too small."

  • "I planned my engagement with the restaurant staff a few weeks before my reservation date. The engagement was perfect and a total surprise for my now fiancée. The restaurant couldn't have done a better job! The staff, the food, the drinks, and the ambiance were 5-star! Their Surf N Turf sushi roll is easily the best sushi I have ever had."

  • "On my notes I mentioned we were celebrating our Anniversary and to write "Happy 1 yr Anniversary" on our desert plate. He first asked if we were celebrating something special he heard it was our anniversary. I REALLY wanted for it to be a surprise. UGGGHHH....Waiter!"

  • "The food, staff, wine list, views, ambience are all 5-stars. I eat vegetarian and the options are plentiful. Also, great for meat lovers. This is a wonderful gem of a restaurant in Dallas with an amazing wine list. Management at this restaurant has done a wonderful job with the staff as they all exhibit a high-level of customer service and "anything you need" attitude. The flavors here are complex and delicious. The dishes are unique and just perfect asian tastes. This is NOT just a tourist destination - it is for all of Dallas. Now, the view from the top of Reunion Tower will blow you away if you haven't been here before. All in all - this is a MUST DO. This has quickly become one of our favorites! Enjoy!!!"

  • "Overall, my experience at Five Sixty was amazing. The restaurant is beautiful and the view is killer. Our waiter was extremely personable and knowledgeable. However, he could have been a bit more attentive. The best part of the restaurant was the food. It was absolutely delicious! I had the Fujipeno Sushi Roll, XO Fried Rice and Chocolate Souffle. I've never had better fried rice in my entire life. My fiance had the prawns. It was a huge portion, and he ate every bit. He loved it. We shared the lobster and shrimp rolls as an appetizer. They were delicious too. It was such a great night that we plan to return to Five Sixty for my birthday in May. The place is perfect for a special date or to take a special person."

  • "We went for our 20th anniversary and it was a very memorable evening. The staff is very gracious and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was excellent. We had two sushi rolls -- white tuna and tempura dynamite -- both of which were outstanding. Lacquered duck was amazing, beautifully cooked, and curry prawns were delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate souffle for dessert. And of course, the 360 view of Dallas at night is breathtaking. It's not cheap, but it's worth the splurge!"

  • "The perfect blend of so many senses. I brought my husband there for the first time for his 50th birthday and he couldn't keep still trying to absorb everything. Ideal for a romantic dinner, guests from out of town, just to do something different, or hang out at the bar for casual dining. The food is near perfection and the waitstaff is friendly and professional. My one criticism is that the noise level can get very loud. Sometimes to the point of being unnerving, But this is not always the case either. It seems to depend on the crowd and time. If you have a large convention in town and many go to the restaurant, then it can be noisy. I would suggest that the music change during these types of crowds to something more mellow."

  • "This past visit to 5-60 was my 2nd time. The first time was for a company event that I planned. From that first event, I remember being wowed by the service, the view, and the food. This 2nd time was a smaller, personal outing. The appetizers were fantastic but I was let down by my main entree. I ordered the Norman Ranch Pork Chop and it was a tad dry and difficult to cut. The waiter was very attentive and brought me a different knife but it was just a sharper butter knife- I needed a steak knife which I am not sure if 5-60 carries. The pork was very good just not as succulent as I hoped it would be based on our waiter's description of it. Other than that it was a great evening and one I would recommend to anyone"

  • "This was the best place to take my significant other to celebrate our one year anniversary. The night was fantastic, we arrived and was greeted by doors being held and an elevator ride, which was somewhat frightening for my significant other, to the top where we dined in a rotating room. The seating was a good space for two, and the environment led to a quirky conversation about what exactly was moving - the center, the table area, or the outside. Would definitely come back."

  • "Made a reservation for 10pm. The staff was courteous from the valet to the waiter, very friendly. There was no wait time which was good. Was a bit disappointed with the main dish. I got the lamb dish. It was very simple and the taste was not all that great, a bit salty. Other than that everything was great."

  • "My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and it was more than I could have ever expected! Everything from the wait staff, to the scenery was outstanding. I highly recommend this fine establishment!"

  • "We have dined here once before--about 2 1/2 years earlier. The food was outstanding. Fuji pickles (I'll dream about those for some time) tofu and eggplant entrees and apple crumble for dessert. The menu seemed larger and better than last time. Service was so-so. It was very busy (late Thursday night) but I felt it could have been better. Our server was taking care of a lot of tables. Seems to me hiring more servers would solve this problem. All in all a lovely evening. We were told upon leaving that the tower (not five sixty) was charging for people to go to the observation deck. CRIMINAL!!! At least paying restaurant customers should get to go for free (just show receipt)."
