FishBones - Lake MaryThree Cheers for Fishbones!We have dined at Fishbones many times since we moved here in September of 2012. It is our very favorite place. Everything is perfect, there. The sushi bar is always hoppin' during happy hour and the dining rooms are elegantly decorated. The outside bar and dining areas with their live entertainment are wonderful for relaxing with friends. Service was excellent! The waiter was very attentive to our needs. A person in my party split their water and he quickly

My husband got the single pork chop and it was huge in addition to being so delicious. I got the lobster tail - fabulous! My friend had the crab cakes, which were true to their name of "lump crab"! We had lots of left overs to take home! And, the house salad was delicious!

Prompt service, without being intrusive. Bar is a little slow: order your second drink or glass of wine in advance of "need". Very large portions and complete meals for a reasonable price (given the quality). Lots of tables, rarely a wait. Inside or outside are good options with pretty surroundings. Sushi too! Bread is unique and delicious. House salad is delicious and cold/crisp. Management is visible and active. One note about the service: We had very good service but it seemed that our waiter had a touch of arrogance and a little bit of disinterest even though technically everything was done properly.

The food was awesome and the concierge or manager came by several times making sure we were having a good evening. I had the lamb - huge portions. I ordered rare and a few of them were medium but overall delicious. We had calamari for an appetizer; the quality was excellent but the portion for $10.00 was skimpy. Neither me or my wife could finish the main dishes as they were so plentiful.
It was a little loud. Three men sat behind my wife and I endured listening to one guy tell the others about his female escort service and how professional and hot his workers were. Every other word was F~~k this and F~~k that.
