Very disappointed this time after a good first experience. Ordered tuna which came over cooked. Sent it back. It was returned better but after 15 minutes and accompanied by a raw baked potato. Sent that back and it never reappeared and no apology ever came. We were offered a complimentary dessert but we're so disgusted we took it home. Just wanted to leave. No manager ever came by. Weird.

We have been going there since it opened and loved it Now with new chef and management would not go back. The same entrees have become substantially more expensive and the quality and portions have gone way down The night we were there it was 90 degrees and requests to turn down ac were ignored. Everything was extremely salty. It is such a shame as we live up in the area and wanted what was a fabulous restaurant to succeed. Since the new chef started we have gone several times aware that things would have a transition period, but this trip was the worst. We will not go back and we no longer recommend and we are very sad to see this happen to a restaurant we loved and supported

I ordered well done Salmon and got Salmon that was almost completely raw. The servers were apologetic about it but the chef tossed the same raw Salmon around a frying pan and gave it back to me looking like a mess on my plate. Some of the pieces were still raw! I seemed as though the chef was not apologetic at all, giving me pieces of the same raw salmon instead of cooking me a new piece correctly. I know I ordered it well done because when the waiter brought it he said "here's your well done salmon". My date's scallop dish wasn't very savory either. She only ate the scallops and the rest went untouched.

This was my first time visit here with my family. The fish was amazing. Good service and clean restaurant. The bathroom was great. I love the salt that there to wash your hands. The Miami spice deal was great. The manager was nice and like the fact he spoke and came to our table. Although my food was not bagged when asked and thrown out, they did compensate by preparing my dish over so I was able to take home. My family will Definitely come back

Last Friday, we went back to this restaurant that we had enjoyed on a previous occasion. We were 2 families totaling 8 people. The restaurant is very nice and staff is friendly. We were a little disappointed by the food. Most of their offerings are fried and a little greasy. What really annoyed me was the final bill which came with a 20% tip included. I understand that tip is often included for groups of 6 or more, but when did they start adding 20%....plus the tip is calculated on the taxes. So basically, we were charged more that 21.5% service! Very disappointing

Heard good and bad things about this restaurant. Decided to try it anyway. As first course three of us took the Baked Goat Cheese with Figs. It was overcooked and way to sweet. Figs season is here, so we were thinking about fresh figs! Don't know if they were fresh ???? Probably not. As the goat cheese, the figs were overcooked and dry! The other guest took the Lionfish Purses (additional $4), fried and tasteless. The Branzino was good. The dessert was OK. Servers were friendly. They offered something else instead of the goat cheese, we declined.

Some aspects of the meal were OK. Wait staff was not knowledge about the restaurant or food offerings. The person filling water glasses accidentally dumped a glass of water, drenching our laps and the salad we ordered. No offer to replace the salad or take it off the bill. Wine ordered was overcharged, fixed after an uncomfortable argument with the waiter. Ordered the hogfish fillet. On the menu was listed as $31, charged $33. They offered to fix, but we had so many problems we told them not to bother, wanted out of there. Food was very pedestrian. Tasted like a frozen fish fillet, gave both me and my wife indigestion and we both felt bad the next day. It was our anniversary and we hoped for a nice evening. Terribly overpriced.

The seafood was fresh. The appetizers were tiny and not well presented. The entrees were good. The desserts appeared to be store-bought. The prices were high for the portions, simple ambience and presentations of the food. The food was fresh but lacked seriously in the serving presentation. The server was attentive but not not client pleasing.

I am always suprised that in South Florida, surrounded by water, there are 100 non seafood restaurants for every fish restaurant, 10 times as many steak houses. Fish is undeniably better for your health (not fried fish or soaked in butter), and it can be delicious. Freshness is key, and Fish Fish does seem to focus on fresh products. Wednesdays are all you can eat oysters for only 29.99 (Florida "Oak Hill" from Cape Canaveral area). This is a casual place. All of us fish lovers need to support fish restaurants if we want to see more of them.

I went to Fish Fish when it first opened and the food was very good. However, on my recent visit I found the table was not clean, the fish I ordered had a bad smell and taste and I had to send it back. Overall I would say the restuarand does not have the qualiity it once had, is overpriced, and I will not return or recommend it to anyone.

Been avoiding this restaurant due to the Fish Market part.. we were concerned it would smell fishy. Couldn't be more wrong - place has a casual hip kind of vibe with great ambience. We were lucky enough to get Muniere as our waiter who was attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. We wound up getting the whole crispy Hogfish which was succulent and meaty.... turned out to be a great evening. We're only sorry we didn't stop in sooner. This has become our new favorite place... all around great dining experience I'd recommend it highly for those who love good fish.

When you look at the place it seems small but opens up to a large long dining area. The service was great we had the cutest waiter ever. The food was really spectacular. It was for Mother's Day dinner but it was a nice surprise. The lobster mac & cheese was great, I had the soup of the day which was really good and the risotto appetizer w/scallops it was a really large portion and was great for my main course. The other dish we ordered was the black cod and was very tasty. I recommend this little out of the way place.

The food was delicious, albeit pricey, which we ordinarily don't mind except for 1 thing: portion size. For example, their signature conch chowder is $6 which is acceptable for a bowl but the serving was a coffee cup! And the featured fish was hogfish Mediterranean-style for $32 which we ordered and was delicious but it couldn't have been more than 3-4oz! for $32?!?! Unfortunately, we would have put this place on our short list of restaurants we'd go back to except for the portion size. But at just under $150 for 2 (includes 2 drinks, tax and tip) we may go back, but not anytime soon. Also, the server while very personable and anxious to please knew almost nothing about the food on the menu. He couldn't answer the simplest questions.

We know Chef Oscar from Lazy Days in the Keys and boy are we lucky to have him here in Miami. The food is excellent. The tastes, doneness, flavor combinations and freshness are all on point. We have become regulars here and would highly recommend this restaurant to all seafood lovers. We have tried many different dishes and have yet to be disappointed. They now have a kids menu and their wine/drink selection has also expanded. Haven't bought at the market yet but everything is always fresh. This truly is a neighborhood gem. The decorations are great and staff is always friendly and accommodating.
