First Crush Restaurant Wine Bar & LoungeWe went here on a ThursdayWe went here on a Thursday night for last minute dining. We didn't have any expectation going in but just to enjoy a nice glass of wine and a quick bite. And to our surprise the service was excellent, and we ordered an amazing cheese plate that paired wonderfully with a Rhone flight followed by two fantastic entree's. If you love fish, I highly recommend the Halibut as well as the chicken dish. Every taste was excellent--complex, well-balanced, satisfying. The menu and wine list give many choices. However, would like to see more lobster in the lobster mac and cheese. The wine selection and flights are wonderful. Service was just right. The owner stopped by each table which was a nice touch too. We will certainly go back. We are frequent diners there. The owner himself even came over to discuss the wine list and chit chat with us.
