Fire & VineGreat Pick When TravelingWe used Open Table to find a place while we where down for the weekend. Reviews matched everything correctly. Very good selection. I liked the wine and beer flights. Great choice to sample various choices. Had very good choices for Kids. My wife loved her see scallops. I had a very good steak dinner. The kids loved the pizza.
The staff was really friendly.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGood ExperienceI was looking for a nice place to take my wife to that was out of the norm from our usual outings. I researched restaurants on the internet and came across Fire and Vine. I had never heard of them before but the wood grill idea caught my attention so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and gave off somewhat of a romantic feel. The food was great and allowed enough time between courses to relax and enjoy each others company. Not once did we ever feel rushed and the waiter was very helpful and informative but not intrusive at all. The only negative thing I noticed was when my wife ordered an alcoholic drink. It came out in a glass that was completely out of place in a restaurant this nice. No big deal, though.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMWe've been to F & V threeWe've been to F & V three times now. The food was outstanding, even for such a large group, and the service was remarkably efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a lovely and delicious dinner for any special occasion.4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMExpensive but worth itWe both ordered chimichurri steak, but I ordered medium well and he ordered medium rare. Both came out perfectly. Wine was good, bread was fresh, server (Sarah) knew her stuff. We will be back.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food and the service wereThe food and the service were excellent. We chose Fire & Vine because they sent us the announcement that there were opening early for Easter Sunday. We expected that they would be running some brunch items, but that was not the case. We had a great visit and will return.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding! Great food allOutstanding! Great food all around from flat bread appetizer, entrees to dessert. The service was great, attentive but not pushy, knew the menu and able to make recommendations.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful memorable mealThe staff was very friendly and Brad, our Server, was fabulous. Very accomodating when an extra person showed up. The food was outstanding. The steaks were perfect and the quail..out of this world. The gnochi is a must. The only disappointment was the antipasta bar was gone. Overall a wonderful memorable dinner!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMFire and Vine is the restaurantFire and Vine is the restaurant we go to most often so my review might be skewed a bit. The Quail was wonderful, Chad, the waiter, was engaging as well as patient, but for a restaurant that is known for it's wine cellar, I had to go through several white wine samples before I found one that I enjoyed, which could be understandable but I was looking for a wine by the glass, how hard is it to have a good Sauvignon Blanc by the glass?3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMA Romantic Lunch OptionFire and Vine is an excellent place for lunch. It's much less crowded than happy hour and dinner. If you want to do business in a quite business meeting or romantic secluded lunch, this is the place.
As soon as you walk in,there's an aromatic flavor in the air. The grilled food is very good. I had the grilled talapia taco. Another surprise is the oven baked pizza, which my business associates had.
The service was excellent. The wine list is good and reasonably priced. The only snag was that the South African "Steen" was warm. No worries, they made good by finding a chilled bottle.1/7/2013 12:00:00 AM
