Fire & SageOutstanding!As soon as Bill, our waiter, knew that we were going to the Kennedy Center to see Showboat, he (magically, or so it seemed) made our meals appear in minutes. It was great! We were eating our dinner with time to spare. We had the salmon and the scallops, and the food melted in our mouths. Thanks to the chef and to Bill. The food was fantastic and we were all able to hear each other well, as there was little background noise. The only downside was that it took a very long time for us to get our bill. As we are in DC, I like to assume that restaurants would be quick with these steps, as they should know that folks need to get back to their offices.
