A word from Fire and Ice
Welcome to FIRE & ICE - The Best Stir Fry Restaurant in Canada Fire & Ice is a great theme restaurant for family, birthday and office parties. The whole restaurant is uniquely decorated like a cavernous mountain, complete with torches, icicle lights, stalactite covered ceilings and an open concept volcano kitchen and a glacier bar. Choose between creating your own Stir-Fry or as an alternative, order a la Carte. You can choose either a combination platter, or single protein selection. Personalize your meal by choosing your own ingredients. Selections from our famous stir fry menu include top quality chicken breast, lobster, mussels, salmon, sirloin steak, beef kabobs, shrimps, fish, sausage and more. Enjoy a free bowl of salad while your food is sizzling on the grill in the open kitchen. Watch sports games on one of many TVs placed throughout the restaurant.

It was pretty awesome, definitely loved the stir fry which is what they are famous for. A tip -- create a donut-equse noodle bottom on your bowl so you can pile up the maximum amount of food for the stir-fryers. Makes good leftovers for the follow day's lunch as well.

Fire and Ice is a fun place to eat. The decor is like you have stepped into the Flintstone's house - classy it is not - but it is fun. This is not a gourmet restaurant - but it is fun to pick your own vegies for the stir fry and we have enjoyed it each time we go there. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.
