  • "Decided to go here before a concert in Boston and it was a great idea! We were a little late due to traffic, and they were very understanding. I can't wait to go back again."

  • "The hostesses were pretty rude as well as the cooks. Waitress/server however did a good job. Way too loud. Kid tolerant but defiantly not kid friendly (no kids menu)."

  • "Kids love picking their food and watching it get cooked. They did recently raise their prices - adults are now $18.99 and all kids under 12 are $5.99. kids 3 and under use to be free."

  • "The food was GREAT!!!! And the service was even better. Not a Place for a romantic setting. Good for groups and family fun"

  • "Fire&Ice was amazing. It was my first time here and the waiter we had was really great. He helped explain to me and my boyfriend where to pick our food and go to the grill and wait for it to be prepared. I loved it, and will definitely recommend this to a friend of mine! We will be back soon! :)"

  • "I went to FiRE&iCE near Copley Square on Saturday night with a group of 6 people. We got an excellent table through our reservation and I was incredibly pleased with the process. The restaurant was quite over-crowded, however, and it made for a slightly less enjoyable dinner. It was incredibly loud, with multiple groups of children's birthday parties, rowdy college students and over-inebriated adults. If you'd like to have a quality conversation with dinner, this might not be the place for you. The food made up for the raucous atmosphere, though!"

  • "I made a reservation and still had to wait a half hour. During which time, it took 3 of the hosts to stare at the computer reservation screen and refusing to help people. The volume of people and music was so loud it was the worst dining experience ever. Food was amazing, but I will never go back to this location."

  • "My boyfriend loved it. Its different and the music and design made it a very nice hang out spot. The service was amazing as well as the food"

  • "We love going here because the food is always fresh and the burgers are delicious. It's great that you can basically make your meal how you like it and spice it just for you."

  • "I brought out of town guests in on Wednesday for lunch (to get out of the office for a while) and was so happy that I did. This was my first time to Fire & Ice, The receptionist was friendly and inviting (happy to be there) , our waiter was very nice and funny and explained everything. The chef at the pit was also very nice and friendly. Overall it was a fun distraction from the day, a "feel good" kind of place. I would go back any day. It was a great experience. I intend to revisit F&I as often as possible! Great people working there, fun environment, food was delicious and the price is right!"

  • "We went with a group and could select every component of our lunch so everyone was able to get a meal that s/he wanted. I've also gone here for dinner and with a group and enjoyed it. Sometimes, the wait is long for the chosen stir-fry to get cooked, but if you have time, it's a good place to hang out."

  • "I took my nieces & nephews here. We were a big group and kids ranged in age from 20-12. They love all you can eat, making your own creations, etc. The brunch or lunch deal is really good too. They also have an option for every dietary concern which is good. Personally, I cook all the time and don't want to have to think of a meal to make for myself . I really go here for the kids which makes it fun."

  • "I normally love this Fire & Ice location. However, it was St. Patty's day weekend and the wait for food was far too long, and very uncomfortable. Normally you stand around the grill with your food to be prepared on the counter. There were so many people that the ring around the grill was doubled, so you had to stand awkwardly, and in the way of others while holding your food. After that, due to the amount of food being prepared at once on the grill, much of it was unattended for far too long and much of it was burnt on one side, which is obviously not ideal. The drinks and waitstaff were excellent, and almost a saving grace."

  • "This place was excellent for a group that had all sorts of dietary restrictions! They were great about allergies and gluten free. The only drawback was having to pay for ice cream, though the toppings bar was in with the rest of the food. Good drink choices, good food choices, and entertaining overall."

  • "The food, atmosphere, the service, it was all incredible. I have been to Fire and Ice many times and never cease to be delighted with all of that! I am personally gluten free and vegetarian, and there were still tons of options despite my restrictive diet. You can get burgers and beer, pasta and wine, salad and soup...whatever you feel in the mood for. And you can go back for as many servings as you want! It's good as a date destination, or with a bunch of people. Love this place."

  • "Everything was great! The food was awsome the music and service was lovely!. The only thing I didn't like was the 90% policy for my reservations, I had to tell people to go home or to not come at all because of this it ruined my night and was a bit frustrating to go through this and that I couldn't have dinner with all the people i had made reservations for on my birthday."

  • "Such a fun night, and on Monday's for college night, it's $10 all you can eat with a college id, which is a great deal! I wouldn't go any other night though, it's about $20 without drinks!"

  • "My friends and I have been the Fire + Ice before, and we usually go if we have something to celebrate, a birthday, going away party, etc. We went on 3/7 for a friend's birthday and were really excited for Desert Nachos only to learn that they were no longer on the menu. Our server Mike went above and beyond to get us our Desert Nachos and was absolutely fantastic about it. We were really grateful that he went out of the way to get us a desert that's been off the menu for a few months. We'll be asking for him on our next visit in May."

  • "We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had an awesome table in an alcove that sat all 7 of us comfortably. The waitress was very helpful in explaining what to do. Would definitely go back."

  • "We had a large group of 10, overall it was ok. I had been before and had high expectations being the first experience was wonderful. This time was not as great. The tables put together for us we unbalanced- which made eating a bit difficult. As well the restaurant felt overwhelmingly hot. It did not feel as though there is air on. The food was over all good, though each time at hibachi, it seemed disorganized. Lastly, the music was a good selection, although played way too loud. I could not speak with people on the end of our table. The server was very very slow at checking in and bringing the bill at the end of he evening. Disappointed a bit, but most likely try it once more."

  • "A Friday dinner here was fun, but very noisy. Between the the large crowd and the jacked-up music, it was difficult to carry on a conversation. You choose your own everything -meat, veggies, carbs -, put it in a bowl, and it gets thrown on the grill and cooked in front of you. Great variety of ingredients, interesting sauces and spice combos. Really, if you don't like your dinner, you only have yourself to blame. The perfect place for a group of high school/college students looking for good food without breaking the bank. A place to avoid if you want an intimate meal."

  • "I met a friend here for lunch, both of us first-timers to Fire and Ice. We had a lovely experience and were delighted with the options and quantity for the price. Our server, however, did not explain to us how it all worked and so we didn't know that salad was included, that their was soup and additional rice, or that we could use more than one bowl. We would have planned our meal much differently had we known."

  • "I've come here for my birthday several times over the past few years, and let me say: I'd still come back for years to come. The entire restaurant is just full of energy, and everyone who works there is super nice and awesome. There's never a dull moment there, and it's more awesome when it's your birthday. (Take it from me!)"

  • "Fire and ice was great for our party of eight and for college night we paid $10 each which was awesome. It was definitely more crowded than I thought probably because it was college night."
    Dined on 3/3/2014
  • "The food is great since you choose all the ingredients then they cook it for you. If you don't like what you made, you can always try again since it's all-you-can-eat. The staff was great and incredibly friendly. It was a little bit loud for having a conversation, especially on a Tuesday night."

  • "We had the best server this time around and i've been here many times. He was completely under control and no signs of stress considering it was college night and it was buzzing with crazy madness. He came around and ask how we were doing several times and refilled water and removed plates as needed. He was all smiles even though it was a mad house. This was the highlight of our trip. We weren't happy that there were no shrimp as part of seafood. Perhaps a result of so many people, the food was cooked a lot longer than necessary, and therefore the first time was burnt. The fish became a puddle of particles. The hostess was also accommodating and let us sit with, after we spotted our friends there! YAY!"

  • "We went here for the first time for my mom's birthday and it was awesome. The staff were great and friendly and they even sang happy birthday to my mom. It is on the expensive side so it is really more of a special occasion type of restaurant"
