Restaurateurs Lello and son Dino have paired up to introduce Fiorini ("little flower"), a smart but simple elegant Italian restaurant for the neighborhood… that is moderately priced. "Great restaurant with wonderful staff. Food was excellent and well put together. We did order a cheese plate but were unable to get crackers to go with it. That was the only negative on another wise wonderful evening. Wine selection was also very good on Italian wines with a good range in prize."

"Fresh food each and every time (I go 1-2 times a week), food presented hot and extraordinarily well prepared. Service can be inattentive as staff is often new and not experienced for our interests, i.e., not waiting a half hour to get a bottle of vino at the table."

"Excellent service and knowledgable about the menu. Especially appreciated the generous pour on my wine by the glass. Daily special - halibut , perfectly prepared with excellent sauce. Caesar salad was very good. Overall a great value for the price."

"So nice to have a great dining experience in midtown away from the crowds. Fiorini is always wonderful - the food and wine are right on target, and the level of attentiveness is appreciated. They are there when wanted, but give space otherwise. A great little neighborhood spot."
