  • "Don't waste your money. I was looking forward to dining here. We do gourmet every week. Come to Harrah's every other week. Was looking forward to an adult weekend with fine dinning. This fell short in so many ways. I would have preferred having dinner but had table side Caesar salad that was almost unedible and two appetizers. we each had a cocktail. Lets just say the shrimp cocktail was the highlight. How sad is that!"

  • "Really enjoyed the food! We started off with the crab cake. Their crab cake is really nothing but crab, not like other places where it's mostly breading. I had the salmon with skin on, so yummy. The dish included brussel sprouts. They were covered with a mustard sauce. The dish also included some shrimp. The flavors in my mouth were amazing! My husband had the dry aged steak. He's a steak man and very picky and shockingly he was 100% satisfied. Cooked just right.Everyone that works there is very friendly. I gave it four stars because it took our waiter a while to attend us and we had to ask a different waiter for our wine. Overall we were very satisfied and will return."

  • "I am a steak house lover and I enjoy trying all of the high end steak houses throughout the county. This is my second visit to Fiore (I thought I would give it a second chance) and I was very disappointed in the Service, Ambience and quality of food. The Dining Room Manager was very cold and unfriendly when you enter the restaurant and the service was poor. I ordered a beer and the other two members in the party were not even offered drinks, they had to ask halfway through the first course. I had the Yellowtail, and that on the whole was the best thing we ordered. The ribeye was 50% fat and the halibut was not very tasty. I would not recommend choosing this for a special occasion, it is more like cafeteria service quality staff."

  • "Nice ambience, great service. Good Caesar salad, though we missed the crispy cheese it used to come with. Great New York steak as well. The Jamaican Jerk chicken was rather bland. We were too full to have dessert, but were a little disappointed not to get the chocolates on dry ice that we've had there for years. Overall, a lovely meal."

  • "The food was delicious while the service was lacking. We ordered cocktails when we first spoke with the waiter and then ten minutes later he came by and we ordered a bottle of wine. The wine came ten minutes prior to the cocktails. Dinner of a steak and a whole Maine lobster was served. We had to wait for the melted butter and lemon while we never got a cocktail fork to pull the lobster out of the shell. I poured the wine with the exception of when the waiter brought the bottle initially."

  • "Our group of 5 has eaten at Fiore Restaurant many times. The new menu was a plus and we enjoyed trying several of the new items. The rib eye steaks were excellent that evening. Cooked to perfection and the sauces were very delicious and added to the flavor of the meat. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and rec'd very scrumptious chocolate cheesecakes for dessert. What an end to a special night. We have had Robert as our waiter numerous times and he is excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu or what he would recommend. "

  • "We have been to this restaurant a few times before, but not recently. Service is very good and the staff seems to be quite knowledgeable about the different steak options. Both my wife and our friend enjoyed our steaks and the mac-and-lobster side. We didn’t have enough room for dessert, but they did look wonderful. This is your best bet for nice dining at Harrah’s. I would recommend getting a reservation early as there would be a few hours wait on a Saturday if you were to show up after 7:00pm. "

  • "We went to Harrahs for a weekend celebration. Drinking and slots and poker WoooHooo! Saturday we went for a hike at the Wilderness Gardens Worked up a sweat for a nice steak dinner at Fiore. We arrived at 8:30 our reserv at 8:15pm. You had 2 hostesses - We waited until 9:00pm to be seated.Humm...I had the RAZZ DAZZ. GOOD! My husband is a professional Chef,he always searches for a great meal- most of the time he doesn't find what his pallet desires! He Choose the fish, he asked if the chef could prepare it medium rare. It was delicious- brussel sprouts were great! My ribeye steak awesome. We were expecting advertised table side Ceaser! No, It was "Toss a Ceasar salad in front of you." Slightly disappointing. Restaurant Noisy.!!!!! "

  • "Food is excellent. Service on this night was too confusing with three persons assisting each other and inefficient because there was no communication between them. Food was slow to arrive, but very well worth it when it did. Too noisy, but not from our patrons, but the very noisy adjoining Oyster Bar. If They extended to room separation to the ceiling it would help. All said, we are definitely going back next visit!"

  • "The first time my wife and I had dinner at Fiore's it was outstanding, both service and food. We took our best friends to celebrate his birthday and the food was average and the service awful. We used Open Table to make our reservations a week prior to the visit and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for our table despite 75% of the tables being vacant. It then took over 10-15 minutes to get water and drinks. Our food appetizer arrived in timely manner but our main course took 45 minutes. Although the staff was friendly, and the manager courteous when we complained, the food was too late and just average. My filet was mediocre and seared yellowfin tasteless. I probably will not go back."

  • "While the food and service overall were excellent, I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend it to friends or family. While I understand the point of 'ambience', eating in a cave is not my idea of a fine dining experience. I had to use the 'flashlight' app on my phone just to read the menu. And the noise was intolerable. My wife and I were 3 feet from each other and almost had to shout to make ourselves heard. Came out of there with a headache from both the noise and eye strain and a much lighter wallet. Over $200.00 for two with tip and we did NOT order the most expensive items on the menu nor did we buy a bottle of wine. Sorry, much better places to go in San Diego with just as good a selection at half the cost and WAY less noise."

  • "As usual the steak was cooked to perfection. Caution when ordering the 24 ounce Porterhouse--unless you have someone to share it with. After the wonderful table-side made Cesar salad and freshly baked bread--I had no more room for the steak. I did ask then to make the salad at the same time my steak was delivered. Note: all sides are ala carte and be prepared the large bill. The 24 ounce Porterhouse is $65. It will be enough for dinner, breakfast and lunch...lol"

  • "This was a romantic dinner for us, something that we very rarely get to do, but when we do we try to go to very good restaurants. Will, the Sommelier for Fiore, was first to greet us at the table and besides his great personality, we had a very interesting conversation which helped make us feel well invited. The drinks server was well attentive but not overly so. Roman, our server, was well presented, knowledgeable and fit the place perfectly. He unfortunately was way, way over tasked with far too many tables to serve and this made us wait too long in between ordering food, waiting for the check, receiving it back to sign, but the food once finally ordered was presented timely and not pushed too soon nor late. This was not his fault."

  • "if you like Cesar salad--then you must try the table-side made to order salad. White marinated anchovies are chopped and tossed into the wooden bowl then the salad ingredients added. The house home made dressing is delicately added at just the right level. It is the best Cesar salad I have had. I ordered the 20 ounce Porter House Steak. It was prepared just to my liking. Unfortunately after eating a few pieces of the freshly baked bread and salad--I could only make a small dent into the main course. The wait staff is attentive without being overly watchful. They are happy to take your dish and wrap your leftovers. I would highly recommend Flore's for a special occasion or just to treat yourself to a very nice meal. Make reservations"

  • "Fiore's Restaurant always offers consistently great food as well as professional, friendly service. I dine there approximately 3-4 times yearly. I drive in from Phoenix, Arizona (Fiore's is in San Diego!). I usually book my dinner reservation online. My favorite waiter is Robert. I recommend the New York Strip Steak and the carmelized bacon brussel sprouts. You will not be disappointed, no matter what you choose from their menu. Everything is yummy!"
