There is a funky city sewage odor outside the building that isn't their fault. Very unfortunate for them as it isn't in their control. Fortunately you can't smell any of it inside the restaurant.Our waitstaff was very attentive and professional and the ambiance inside was perfect for us. We sat in a booth in the bar area and they had a great little live jazz ensemble playing. The energy was perfect for a date with my wife.The food was just about perfect. Everything was pretty mainstream and classic (a good thing) but with just enough of a twist to make it unique, highly satisfying, and memorable. They were well prepared for our arrival. The filet could not have been better. Their wine list was perfect for our evening with our parents. The bruchetta roll was truly inventive and divine. It was a most comprehensive menu with lots of variety. The restaurant should definitely be packed nightly.
