A word from Fine Singer Island
Every thing is made to order. Singer Island is amazingly beautiful and when you dine with us, you will know that you are on vacation in beautiful Singer Island.

We encourage you to satisfy your curiosity and come and have a FINE experience on Singer Island.

Side Note:
When it came to the design and theme, Tammy researched the islands history. As it is a beautiful island that embraces its natural beauty and revels in its mystery, the most interesting has become our inspiration; Paris Singer was rumored to purchase the island for Isadora Duncan. Isadora Duncan was a free spirited dancer that has shaped the dance world in many ways. She had a saying " You were once wild here. Don't let them tame you".

Diner Reviews
  • "We dined at Fine a second time because we liked the food so much the first time, and we were not disappointed. The food here is delicious, and the service was impeccable. Our only complaint is a minor one, and that is that the owner needs to realize that if she feels the need to chastise an employee, she should do so in private, diners do not want to overhear her sniping."

  • "The restaurant itself is cute. The food was good, although cold. We didn't mind that they only serve bread if you ask for it, or the same for water. What we did mind was TAMMY. Don't know if she was just an manager or part owner but when we asked where our entrees were 45 minutes after we finished our salads she said "you just put your order in." When we asked again she said "can't you see we're busy tonight?" The wait staff were all nice, although not organized, but there would be no possibility of our going back for cold food and "sweet Tammy.""

  • "Front host was bit rude to start off the night. We made reservations through open table and she told us she hadn't checked yet if our reservation was there or not...After a short wait she finally confirmed we did in fact have a reservation. The wait staff was very disorganized and the couple sitting at the tablenext to us made the same comment. The food on the other hand was great. The chef really knows what they are doing. I would recommend purely on the food but be ready to be a aggravated but the staff."

  • "I really enjoyed my experience at Fine. Our waitress was very nice and friendly but the overall service was slow. I'm going to assume that the kitchen was to blame because it's a small place. It didn't really matter to me overall because the food was great! Really, really good. Worth the wait. At the end of the meal they give you your bill in a jeweled pump. I thought it was inappropriate and odd. Kind of gross and strange to put a shoe on a table. Especially one that has clearly been worn before! The bottom was scuffed up. I would still go again, but next time I'll ask them to skip old shoe!"

  • "Great little local place. Not fancy but good food at fair prices. Pastas were great and the fried zucchini was perfect. Worth a shot if you are in the area."

  • "FINES is now in its second year in the former location f an excellent Thai spot. The menu is somewhat limited and the wine list shallow. The wait staff is pleasant, but seem to lack knowledge of detail(even basic bread was unavailable)Some sauces were just over-salted. Best is that it is within walking distance of the Marriott Vacation Club, and the food is more than passable.."

  • "Not organized.. Food was good but the service was horrible. Needs to be improved. We won't return which is sad cause we frequent Singer Island weekly. Save your money and go somewhere else"

  • "Good food. Good service. Nice location on Singer Island. The best place to eat on the island outside of the hotels."

  • "Alittle on the tacky side. Food was good, but not good enough to want to come back. Staff was friendly but seemed over whelmed."

  • "Two couples out for a change of pace restaurant- Fine fit the bill. Eggplant rollatini was superb, fettucini was was buried under plentifuplentiful little necks . Good wine choices, even had sangria on the list. Recommended for a reasonably priced, tasty meal."

  • "Small but Very Good! Menu contains same suspects you would expect from an Italian eatery. Food quality, however, is excellent. Portions are medium size - a pleasant find these days. Veal piccata was indeed a thinly sliced veal cutlet pounded out and tender as warm butter with lemon/caper sauce which did not overtake the veal - just enough for flavoring - yum! Partner had angel hair and meatball - again very well prepared. Excellent meatballs are not easly. Owner was on premises on this visit and took time with each table - maybe 12 - as well as serving 2-3 tables. Checks were presented on an Ipad - patron checks tip percentage and signs with finger. We made another reservation for the weekend before we left."

  • "Fine is a hidden gem. The chicken Marsala with baby Bella's was outstanding. The Marsala did not overpower. Caesar salad perfect and the ricotta cheesecake was to die for! Your bill is presented in a glitzy shoe. Very cool."

  • "Food was delicious, but service was slow....took a long time just to get our menus. But it's a nice dinner spot in kind of an odd location. ...and the bill came inside a wacky sparkly high-heeled shoe - what's that about?"

  • "Greeted by owner who was angry we made reservation through open table because it cost her money! Bad start. Understaffed. Waiter was a bit too friendly/ rough around the edges. Italian restaurant that does not serve bread!! Unheard of!!. Sold us an order of Garlic bread that was just a couple of pieces for $6.00. Crazy! Out of Bolognaise sauce, really? Small portions, mediocre food, high prices. (4 shrimp for an entree??) Will never return nor would I recommend this to anyone."

  • "We were looking for someplace new and fun. We were tired of the same old places along PGA. Lovely staff, very nice food. Lots of options for our vegetarian diner and the rest of us."

  • "but this restaurant was just not worth it. The night we were there it was not crowded and yet the service was terrible. We were served by the hostess who was condescending and annoying. Four wines were ordered and only three came out. After more than one reminder, the fourth wine was finally served. We ordered garlic bread which she practically pushed on us and then never received it. She realized her mistake after we finished our dinner and then brought out the garlic bread. Who wants garlic bread for dessert? With all the fantastic restaurants in the Palm Beach area, don't waste your time or money here..."

  • "We arrived at the resturant ans 3 tables were occupied. Where does the hostess sit us but between two tables so close I had stereo of the conversations on both sides. When our entrees arrived and I immediately realized our orders were wrong ( although my husband ordered spaghetti and received linguine and didn't say anything). I had ordered raviolli and received caneloni. We alerted the waiter who served us and he went white, looked at my plate and the plate of the table next to us and realized he gave them our orders (older men) He immediately took it back and apologized. When the hostess learned of the problem she came over and chuckled "oh well, things happen". Well guess what? It only happens once - we will not be back."
