My only complaint is that I am one of those people who doesn't like salt. The steak seasoning was exceedingly salty to my taste. [they gave you a sample of seasoning and it looks like a flask of salt]. If the restaurant were *perfect*, they should have told me about the saltiness and given me the option to have it throttled down. The day before our reservation my son found out we were going he asked if he and his wife could also joy us. I was very pleased that they were able to change my reservations from 6 to 8. You have the highest prices in the toledo area and with that people expect perfection. Your wait staff was awesome and apologetic and made sure I got another steak done to perfection. I place blame with your management. When mistakes likes this happen in a premier restaurant more should have been done to compensate the customer beyond redoing the steak and an apology from the wait staff who have no control over the situation. This is an expensive restaurant but well worth the money if you have the budget. We brought two guests who had never been there before and they loved it.
I would suggest a smaller filet of 8 oz to be available. The smallest one now is 10 oz and it's more than I can eat. If you want to go into the casino later leftovers is too hard to carry around. Timing was good with delivery of food courses. additional support personnel handled table needs very timely. Steaks were awesome, potatoes just okay temp just warm not hot, green beans better than average. bread selections were a great touch. We added oscar to the filet and I had the ribeye, they were great, incredibly better than Ruth Chris and Rockwells of Toledo. We also go to Caesar's in Windsor which also takes a backseat to Final Cut. Your wine was very good ,but a bit expensive. We had a bottle of Bernardus pinot noir.

Fresh baked bread with balsamic butter and butter with truffle salt were a treat. The balsamic butter was truly unique and delicious and the truffle salt butter was a nice touch. We had the oysters on the half shell and crab cakes for appetizers. The oysters were fresh but small with modest flavor. The crab cakes are the best in Toledo. Large chunks of crab served with an uninspired aioli sauce. The main course consisted of the Midwestern corn fed filet and the pork chop. While I enjoyed the experience overall, I'm not totally convinced that it was worth the money spent. The service was very good and I was pleasantly surprised by the staff diversity. I was also pleased with the overall ambiance, once we were moved from a booth that gave us a view of the wait staff service area and their backs as they placed orders & retrieved items. No one should ever be seated in those booths! I found the food to be very good, but extremely over priced. I was aware of the prices beforehand but felt that the portion/price were not compatible. The chef had a small appetizer for us to try on the "house"...nice touch. The food is wonderful....the steaks are the BEST we have ever had. It is pricey but even the lowest priced filet is absolutely wonderful! Wait staff was so helpful.....we ate with a party of 4 and we all ordered a side of garlic potatoes...waitress suggested ordering 2 for table to share. Great suggestion...the "side" was a huge crock of garlic potatoes, most likely too much for one person....2 sides were perfect for the 4 of us! Wine/Drink list on an iPad...very cool.
