  • "Typically casino steak houses produce high quality food with professional staff all this comes at a premium. We visited specifically for the 3 for $30 special offerings. This was our first visit to the Final Cut Steakhouse but certainly will not be our last. We had reservations and were seated in a booth immediately when we arrived. Our server "Joey" was there when needed and invisible when not. He had impeccable timing and was a delight. From the salad to salmon and flat iron steak to the desserts this meal could not have be prepared and served any better. While this place was about 3/4 full it seemed we were alone in the restaurant. High ceilings, Hollywood memorabilia, dimmed lighting such a relaxing experience! Give it a try!"

  • "Attended exclusive wine pairing dinner to celebrate 20 year wedding anniversary. Dinner was limited to 10 guests. Manager was very accommodating to the guests needs. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Each wine was presented and described before serving by the manager. each course was presented by the chef who described the preparation and content of each dish. The wine and course presentations were excellent and you could tell they enjoyed doing it. The food was fresh and of the finest quality superbly prepared. Each course was a unique blend of flavor and texture. the wines paired well with each dish. The staff surprised us with champagne and a dessert tray to celebrate our anniversary. We are looking forward to our next visit."

Not seasoned all that great, which was surprising, considering how well the carpaccio was seasoned. Plus, the cut of meat wasn't so hot....sort of stringy, and not all that tender. For $39 for a 7oz steak, I expected a better cut."

  • "My husband had an amazing dinner, however, I selected options from the three for thirty menu. I was obviously impressed with an option priced that reasonably but the short rib was awful. It lacked tenderness and flavor. My creme brûlée was amazing and I ate every bite. My husband had a fillet and salad both of which tasted great. It is a casino so the fact that you can have a nice quiet dinner in the middle of that environment is nice. Overall service was great but good not as good as it should be for the price."

  • "My girlfriend and I have been wanting to try this place and finally got around to doing so a few nights ago. My son is in the kitchen of this gem and we were anxious to see his display his talents. She had the scallops: These were amazing with an incredible sear on them to die for and the temp was perfect, not to mention, you could not detect a grain of sand in them. My choice, of course was the 10 oz filet which is served with a large salted baked potato and I ordered the Garlic Spinach as an extra side. I ordered the steak "Medium" and it was perfectly cooked. Nicole was our server who provided outstanding unobtrusive service throughout the entire meal. Highly Recommend this Gem. Décor and Ambience are perfect."

  • "Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Nan greeted us warmly as repeat visitors. Jazz music played softly so it was easy to talk and enjoy each other's company. The wine selection was good, though the tiny font was hard to read on the iPad. Two in our party started with saffron risotto and two had French onion soup. Both soup eaters said it was the best French onion they have ever had. Entrees were awesome. The lasagna was outstanding, as were the short ribs (like buttah) and the fettucine with mussels. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the crème brulee, my favorite! The bananas foster bread pudding was also fabulous, especially the rum sauce. Nicole's service was perfect throughout. A delightful evening!"

  • "The prices here are like a New York steak house that is housed in a casino. However the steaks were warm at best. The waiter was less than stellar. He never gave us any specials as we hard the waiter give the next table, never asked if we wanted another drink, and he brought out the risotto along with the salad. When we asked that it should be brought with the main course all he said was that he would put it under the heat lamp, but never did that just left it on the table. I would have expected at such a restaurant he would have taken it back and brought out a freshly prepared dish of risotto with the meal. All in all a very unrewarding experience."

Service has been outstanding every time. Staff is very attentive and on all the occasions the chef even came out to see how dinner was.   • "I was expecting an average place but this place inside the casino exceeded my expectations and was actually quite good. The salad wedge was excellent to rival any blue cheese wedge. My wife had the salmon and she enjoyed it. I had a strip steak and it was cooked perfectly and was a fine cut of beef. The prices seemed slightly less than a Ruth's Chris which is always my benchmark and favorite for steak and, ok, it wasn't as great as Ruth's but worth the trip. The ambiance inside the smoky casino was exceptional and it was a pleasant surprise how quiet it was. Our waiter was extremely professional and attentive."

I had the prime ny strip steak for $48.00, so not worth it that was just for an ordinary sized steak and a baked potato everything else you paid extra if you wanted it. I have had prime ny steaks from our grocery stores that had better flavor than mine (no flavor at all). We also ordered a side dish of asparagus that were too big around and not cooked enough and had no flavor at all. The view we had was of the casino and all the people walking around looking in the windows, we didn't like that. We were very disappointed in the food and the atmosphere because we have wanted to go there to eat for a long time and it was my birthday . We will not go back again nor will we recommed it to anyone."
