Award-winning Executive Chef J.P. Samuelson is carrying on the Figlio legacy, staying true to everyone’s favorite signature dishes while introducing new Northern Italian and Mediterranean-inspired flavors resulting in a menu of lighter, healthier fare.

We’re like a reverse mullet; party in the front and business in the back.

  • "Our server told us that Figlio is closing (again) in 2 weeks. Sad.... we enjoyed it's brief reincarnation."

  • "very noisy but the food and service were good. our wait staff was wonderful."

  • "but the Mediterranean Salmon Salad was DELICIOUS. I don't know what they did to the pizza but it was hardly eatable. Overall our experience was pleasurable."

  • "We had a group of five and all of us were very happy with out meals. Wine was good and mixed drinks too."

  • "It was just my husband and I and a Saturday night, so it was busy, I did make a reservation the day before. When we got there we were escorted to a 2 person table right next to the sink, the server station. i asked to be moved, you would literally have servers's butts in your face at that table, the table was so close to the station. we were moved to another 2 person table in a much better place. So that was good, but I really hate those small two person tables in any restaurant, they are just too small. Otherwise, had a very nice time."

  • "Figlio used to be a great date night destination but it seems to have lost its way. The last 3 times I've made reservations through Open Table they have tried to sit us adjacent to the open bus station. No one wants to sit there. The service was atrocious, 10 minutes before a welcome, no offer for drink refills and no checking in after our entree was delivered. The food used to be the saving grace, but for example, the usually flavorful calamari appetizer seemed to replace peppers and salt with slices of fried lemons. Needless to say, we're going to stay away for awhile."

  • "We had never been here before. At 6:30 on a Friday night we a arrived for our reservation and were seated shortly after. Our server was very friendly. We asked for a sample of wine, tasted it and ordered a bottle. It arrived at 7:05. We were hungry, and hadn't received any bread or been asked for our order. I found a host who retrieved a bread basket. We ordered about fifteen minutes later - baked ziti and house salad. The food was very good. We finished at 8:30. In summary, good food, reasonable prices, good employees but a disappointing experience. We couldn't get service when we needed it....two hours for a very simple meal! We won't be back."

  • "Stopped in for dinner before a concert downtown, worked perfectly. No wait, fast service, good food. A little noisy, but no worse then anywhere downtown. Got quick parking downtown and to the concert ontime."

  • "Three of us had a relaxed lunch with all meals satisfying. The salmon burger was particularly good."

  • "We had a wonderful time. It was not crowded so the noise level was down. The food was great and so was the service. We have always loved Figlio's."

  • "My husband and I had the halibut and it was spectacular! Our only complaint was that everything felt so rushed. I got my cocktail and within 5 minutes our appetizer came, then within 10 seconds the manager had our salads on the table. We never had a chance to just relax and enjoy each phase of our dinner. It wasn't very busy so I'm guessing the kitchen had nothing else to do. This is management and wait staffs responsibility to get the timing right. Surprised the manager didn't catch on???"

  • "The tortellini iss the best I've ever had. Lunch specials are great values."

  • "They went out of there way to make our anniversary dinner a spectacular dining experience. The wait staff was awesome, engaging in conversation about the food and making recommendations. The food was very good, we don't go out often, but when we do we want the food to be amazing, it was. We will be back. Thanks again."

  • "Came in for lunch on a Friday- I was surprised at how empty it was since this is supposedly one of the hotter places in the area. Seated promptly and server arrived for drink orders. After that, it went downhill. The bread came at the same time as our lunch and we were never offered refills on our drinks. The food was good though. Mentioned the issues to the manager & he did give us a discount on our bill which was unexpected and very appreciated. Would give it another chance."

  • "The food and service was decent, but it just isn't the old Figlio's. Missed some of my favorite menu items. Atmosphere is very different. Our family dinner was fine, but nothing memorable. There's nothing stand out about this restaurant."

  • "Small portions. Very inattentive waitress. I won't be going back"

  • "Figlio continues it's tradition of well prepared and served food in its second incarnation."
    Dined on 9/3/2014
  • "Far cry from the original Figlios. Everything from food to service was good, but not sure how it will sustain with the more populated restaurants within the West End."
    Dined on 9/3/2014
  • "The meals were fantastic! The service was off, our wait person was waiting on tables inside and out. This is not her fault as to the fault of the manager. There were several people inside that were simply wandering about and should have lend a hand for the good of the restaurant."

  • "Energetic, meaning a bit noisy. Service is great; food is even better! Yum"
    Dined on 8/30/2014
  • "Had a nice time with friends. Happy hour food specials...great value. White wine offered on special was undrinkable. Tried the bloody Mary's instead. Refreshing, but not much alcohol in them."

  • "We have been there twice, and it was almost empty both times. The food was beautifully prepared but unremarkable in taste. Our waiter was pleasant, but I felt he interrupted us too much and rushed us through our meal. The atmosphere is nice, but I'm not anxious to go back!"

  • "A group of us from work had lunch here. We were able to have a nice lunch in a reasonable amount of time without feeling rushed. We each ordered something different and enjoyed our food. All of our food was brought out at roughly the same time and none of it appeared to have been waiting. Our server was friendly, helpful, efficient, and not intrusive."

  • "A little too noisy for everyday conversation, but a fun environment for a Saturday night. Great food!"

  • "Keep hoping they get it right. It's a great location and a nice looking restaurant. Service was surprisingly good from a new waiter on their first day. However the food portions have shrunk as the dishes have become less interesting."

  • "very poor service! waitress failed to put in our appetizer order. Got one drink when we arrived and she never bother to ask again. Had to find her and by then we just wanted our bill to leave"

  • "I would definitely recommend Figlio. The food was very good, though a little expensive."

  • "We enjoyed dining on the outside patio away from the hot sun this day to celebrate a granddaughter's 14th birthday. The matre de made her feel special with a surprise Tuscan sunrise drink of blood orange juice and soda. No cheese pizza on the menu just a pepperoni pizza so we order a pepperoni pizza without the pepperoni, perfect. From the flavorful basil/garlic strozzapreti with it's rolled noodles and the steak salad with a generous piece of perfectly cooked steak everything was great. The birthday girl selected a complimentary dessert which arrived with a candle and a scrumptious chocolate/mouse cake and ice cream attached. Friendly and attentive staff made it a pleasant visit."

  • "It took a server over 20 minutes to initially come to our table during a non-busy lunch time. When a (replacement) server came, she was great and mentioned the server we were supposed to have was MIA. The dining experience was less than impressive though, especially when attempting to entertain a prospective client."

  • "The food was delicious, once you got over the fact that it was cold. With two fried appetizers on a dead Sunday night you'd have to assume at least one would be warm right? Service was pretty decent, not obtrusive, but not vacant either, despite the lateness with which we stayed. Feels a little too expensive for the portions we got however. Beautiful place to dine though, and the food would have been excellent(if overpriced) if it had been warm."

  • "The service was absolutely terrible...I had to hunt the waiter down just to take dishes off our table and to order additional drinks. Very inattentive. Food was marginal. I could have gotten it at a sports bar and not Figlios. Definitely will never go there again."

  • "My wife and I had our first date there nearly 20 years ago in their Uptown location. When it closed, we were sad, but I must admit, there new location is just as vibrant/trendy. Great food, amazing drinks. They have great themed days throughout the week. Our wedding anniversary happen to hit their Thursday date night, which is an appetizer, two entries and desert for $50!"

  • "Convenient location in West End, SLP. Peach panna cotta dessert was outstanding. Pasta was tasty, but small portions for price - not shareable. Delicious bread seemed to be by request (not offered, but provided). Unusual Cesaer salad - sparse dressing, topped with undercooked egg half - was large enough to share for lunch. Outdoor seating is along a busy street, so we chose to sit indoors. Decor is upscale, but waitstaff were in t-shirts. Music/vibe/service all seems to be tuned for the 20-something crowd."

  • "Entrees really missed the mark and they came out cold. ~ Ravioli dish seemed as if it came straight out of the frig. ~ Tortellini dish tasted like bad mushrooms leaving no room to taste any other flavors. ~ The Fish dish was fine but certainly did not have a freshness to it. Appetizers, desserts and wine were great! ~ Fried Olives where tasty ~ Wings had a lovely sauce ~ Chocolate was very nice ~ Cheese Cake had a nice Almond flavor ~ Bottle of Pinot Gris was wonderful Staff ~ Manager was very professional handling the entree situation ~ Waiter needs to enunciate and project not speak behind his teeth and mumble. Over all he was pleasant, professional, tried his best. People next to us had red pasta dishes. They were not impressed."

  • "Tried this on a wim with some picky eaters in the group. To start we went on a sunday and they have all day happy hour on food and drinks. SCORE!!! They had a great selection for mixed drinks along with craft beers. Menu easy to read and decide from. The food is to die for. The staff was pleasant and good to work with. Overall pleasant experience and the picky eaters enjoyed the food."

  • "The server was nice but was not knowledgeable about the wines at all! He told me the house "rosso" was a chardonnay. My son's meal was clearly ordered without parmesan and it arrived smothered in parmesan. The atmosphere is nice. The outdoor dining is small and on a main road with no fence or anything to separate the dining area from the walkers on the sidewalk. The food was fair to poor. Everything was overwhelmed by too much garlic."

  • "It was the first time for my wife and me in the Figlio's new location. We were disappointed with the menu (many less item than at the previous location; no wedged potatoes!!!). The service was very basic, and the food was not outstanding as the waiter made it sound like: my wife ordered salmon pasta, and instead of salmon filet it was salmon crumbs..."

  • "I have not been to Figlio since it has moved from Uptown and I was a big fan of it when it was there. A friend & I went here to have a dinner for my birthday and we had a corner booth in the bar. It was a nice day and the patio was busy and we could tell that our server George was very busy. That being said, it did not affect the great service that she gave us. She was very attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. We started off with the beef carpaccio and bruschetta and they were both presented beautifully and were delicious. I had the beef and pork tortellini as my main meal that was amazing as well. Overall I would highly recommend the food and the service."

  • "Thought it would be a good place to take the family for a birthday celebration. It took over an hour from the time we arrived before actually getting our food. The food was good but had been sitting awhile. The ambiance was nice. Outdoor seating is okay. The manager did adjust our bill but he didn't seem very happy about doing it. It's tough to keep a three year and a seven year old entertained for that long. Also had to send a drink back twice before they got it right, a vodka gimlet."

  • "We sat outside, and it started to rain like crazy. We had an overhang to slide our table under, so stayed dry, yet the server waited on us with a umbrella. The amazing looking hostess, Sat. 8/2/14, told us how to get to the movie theater using the back door to avoid the rain."
