    Happy Hour Monday-Friday 4-7pm features select American wines, beers and well drinks for $5. A special food menu is also available for $5. Thursday & Friday Happy Hours feature live music on our outdoor patio or upstairs in our waterview lounge.

The food was excellent and the service excellent as well. The bar staff was friendly and bought us an extra drink before dinner. Our waitress was really knowledgable helpful and accommodating. The food selections are unique for a brunch menu, in particular. But, I have been here for lunch and dinner as well and always find unusual selections that are quite good.   • "4 of us had drinks and a Mediterranean platter at the bar then dined in the restaurant. The cocktails were surprisingly good with only a hint if sweetness. They serve a good selection of local beers on tap. The platter was tasty and interesting. The dinner menu offers a pleasingly small and balanced selection of seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients. We had apps and entres and apart from my vegetarian entre being far too salty all the other dishes were well executed. The wine list is solid with a reasonable spead on prices. The service was very attentive but not overly formal. This is the third time I've been here and the experience is consistent with previous occasions. I really like this place. "

  • "My son and I had the pleasure of enjoying the Mother's Day prix fixe menu at the Fifth Season yesterday. We usually face a bit of a challenge when dining out as he is vegan, but our waiter and the chef couldn't have been more accommodating, and put together a delicious dinner that included a vegan version of the first course and a tasty off-menu risotto. My meal was outstanding - so good that I felt a little sad when I ate the last bite of each course as I didn't want any of the courses to end. The service was concerned and attentive but not intrusive, and we saw our waiter bring a similar level of concern and creative approach to a special order at the next table, too. The dining room is pretty, too - altogether, a lovely Mother's Day."

  • "I was with people who could not eat some of the choices on the pre-fixe menu that was in effect the day we went. When they asked if they could order off the regular menu they were told no. Prices were very high for mediocre service. They also didn't prepare the steaks to the request of my party. They all came out medium rare even though they were ordered differently. It's a cute area so it's unfortunate this restaurant was trying to be something it's not. "

  • "We went to Fifth Season as part of Restaurant Week. The food was incredible. I had the most delicious Calamari starter. The sauce was spicy and delicious and I asked for more bread to mop up the sauce. The calamari was cooked to perfection. Had the salmon main course, but after the incredible calamari starter, this actually paled in comparison. The flourless chocolate cake was amazing, with richness and chocolate sauce center. Would definitely recommend this place. "

I would recommend making reservations of course. Their local grown, organic food is definitely a plus. All of the dishes presented were delicious, from appetizers to dessert complete with wine pairings. This place can get especially nicer when it gets even warmer because it's just right off the dock."

  • "The outstanding ingredients and attention to preparation make this the restaurant to visit when down Port. The quality of food that is served is by far the BEST in Port Jeff. The chef(s) no doubt hold themselves to a high standard as everything that was served was deserving of a Michelin star. If you're looking for quality food, excellent service and a nice ambiance, this is the place in Port Jeff. I normally order wine at diner but today was somewhat warm so I had a Port Jeff Brewing Company beer called the H3. This beer had a superb combination of flavors and reminded me of the infamous Heady Topper. My wife had a Strawberry mojito which she described as "good". It contained some very interesting "fruit caviar" on top. A fun drink! Visit"

  • "We've been to the restaurant many times and always find the food and service to be superb. However, we felt the waiter wasn't as professional or attentive as we've experienced in the past. We had an early dinner reservation and it wasn't busy for the duration of the visit. The waiter took a long time to take both our drink order and meal order and never brought a dessert drink menu over or offered coffee or tea with dessert. We assumed he was new. We spent upwards of $100 for this dinner and whole we usually feel that the expense was worth it, this time we kind of cringed. We plan to return and hope for the same great experience we normally have!"

They had a good choice of gluten and dairy free food choices for those with dietary restrictions. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and informative and checked on us often to make sure that everything was going well. The food was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly and came to the table in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. "
