Our proprietor Antonio Bruno and Executive Chef Massimo D'Amico met at the Instituto Albeghera di Palermo many years ago where they began creating their unique approach to hospitality. "I did not have a waiter. I had to call the host. I told him I have been waiting 45minutes for a waiter. He stated he did not see anyone sitting at the table. We were seated the whole time. The host had me check his order to make sure he had it right. I can't rate the service, it was a complete zero. My husband asked for bread. The bus boy told him we don't have bread."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at Fiamma. We went there on a Saturday night to have their brick oven pizza. Half the menu is dedicated to their brick oven pizza but when we got there they said, the wood delivery never came! Then when we sat down at our table the bartender came over to get our drinks, when I asked for a cabernet, she said they were out of it. This was on a Saturday night! After she took our drink orders we asked for menus and then I watched her go back to the bar to serve drinks, then proceeded to the kitchen to get people's food as we waited and waited. I felt bad because obviously they were short staffed and it wasn't her fault. We ended up leaving, never got our drinks or a menu."

"poor service, ignored by staff, waited and extremely long time for our food, received one dinner roll per person, and when asked for more was told they did not have anymore. Had to ask repeatedly for the check."

"I have eaten at this restaurant under three different owners and by far this has been the best. Our server Liz was excellent. She was smiling, energetic and very attentive. We had baked clams, ceasar salad, rigatoni bolognese, and tilapia. Everything was properly prepared and very tasty. The only downside was the chef was in a rush. It was not crowded and no one was waiting for tables yet the salad came out immeidately after the appetizer and the entrees came out while we were still having the salad. Otherwise, a wonderful night."

"This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I waited 25 minutes for the food and the food came out wrong. The music puts you to sleep and the decor is completely unmatched."
