Even though the chef is not actually Italian (from Ecuador), he has worked and learned from the best in Italy. Service, from June was excellent.
The fish is too die for, especially the Chilean Sea Bass, and their ossobucco is fantastic and just melts in your mouth. They are very accommodating when it comes to ordering outside the menu or modifying dishes within reason. The wait staff has been consistently good and knowledgeable. You'd never know from the outside of teh building what a neat little restaurant this is! We really didn't know what to expect. The service was great. Junn was very helpful. They had several specials, appetizers, entres and desserts. We did the 3 course fixed price dinner and I ate way too much. It has friendly, reliable service and great quality food for the value. The homemade pasta is great and their Fiamma Salad (salad with avocado, shrimp and crab) is fantastic and only $12. Philipe went above and beyond when we were stuck on a choosing between 2 bottles of wine. He simply opened both bottles and let us choose.
