  • "The Pear and Walnut salad was great as was the lobster bisque my husband had. He really enjoyed the seafood risotto but my mezzaluna was just average. The Fiamma original cocktail was great! We were stuck in a corner even though we had reservations, I would recommend the front portion to sit in so you can people watch."

  • "The time was great, although I'd have to say that I was pretty irritated when I was clearly reading off a piece of paper to my fiance and we kept getting interrupted. There was no other time that we got interrupted as many times as when I was reading a personal letter to her. Hopefully in the future when people are reading off a paper the servers can just wait. Overall great time aside from that."

  • "This was my first time at Fiamma, and if I return to Vegas again I will be coming here. I brought my Mom, and we both ordered pretty simple dishes : the spaghetti with Kobe meatballs and the mezzaluna ravioli. Both were incredibly flavorful and fresh. Our waiter couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating with some minor changes to our dishes. We didn't feel rushed, and I enjoyed the most delicious pear martini. It is not cheap, but then nothing in Vegas is, and you get quality for your dollars here. Highly recommend!!"

  • "We arrived a little early and were promptly seated. The servers were attentive without being in the way. My wife had the steak and she enjoyed it. I had the sea bass and it was very good. All the food was well prepared and the side dishes were good. The country music awards was letting out and all the people have to exit past the restaurants so it was like watching a parade as we ate. Very entertaining."

  • "Just like most of Las Vegas, this is nothing more than a kiosk in a glorified food court. The food, at best, is mediocre. You just get a feeling after awhile that no one actually cares at any of these restaurants. They all pretend to be these bastions of high dining, but in reality they are about as authentic as the Eiffel Tower down the street. The prices are ridiculous, the service, non-committal and the overall experience disappointing. Get them in, get the money, and get them out."

  • "I was very disappointed in the food quality. For the price you pay, I would expect to be somewhat satisfied. The calamari was extremely tough and chewy, the Cesar salad was very salty, and the pasta dishes were over cooked and mushy. I would say maybe it was just one of those once in a while bad experience, but out of three courses, everything was terrible. Would not recommend or return."

  • "We made our reservation at Fiamma and then as we were arriving, saw a long-time friend and wanted to bring him along so we could all catch up. Even though Fiamma was busy, they had no problem accomodating us. We had a lovely evening and no one rushed us, or server always seemed to wait for a break in the conversation before asking questions, etc. The food was excellent and we had a wonderful long evening."

  • "this was a lovely restaurant for our romantic night out in vegas. we had a very attentive server who was well versed on the menu. the truffle potato gnocchi were rich little pillows in a creamy sauce and the beef carpacchio was thinly sliced to perfection. we thought the salami in the mushroom risotto was a bit too salty for our taste but the ricotta cheesecake with fig was a light and creamy piece of heaven! would suggest a table not in the front of the restaurant as the foot traffic through the hotel is a close and noisy distraction. the food and service made for a very memorable dining experience."

  • "My daughter selected this spot for her 16th birthday celebration. We all felt that we were being judged as soon a we arrived. Our waiter was a bald or balding w/m who was very helpful up to the point when we ordered. As we were heading to a show after dinner, we decided to order entree's only. The waiter sold me on a chef's special which sounded awesome. The food arrived which was average at best. The food was not hot and the pasta was over cooked. The waiter came back to the table when it was obvious we were finished. I would have much rather eaten at Carrabba's then Fiamma. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

  • "Although the staff threw around the word "experice" alot - wine experience, dining experience etc. - it really wasn't an experience, it was just OK italian food. For an appetizer me and my girlfriend had the antipasti platter which was just deli cold cuts with some bland cheeses, not that impressive. No carpaccio, mozzarella or fresh tomatoes (and the bread was tasteless), For entrees I had the "agnotti" ravioli, which was good but not that interesting, my GF had the atlantic salmon, decently cooked but no flavor. The only thing that was great was the drink, although they were inconsistent (we had a three). It ended up being about 150 dollars. For that price I usually get an experience..."

  • "Caprese salad featured heirloom tomatoes that were so under ripe that you could barely cut them. Nice house made mozzarella though. The overcooked noodles fell apart in the meat lasagna. The spaghetti was overpowered by garlic. Ambience and service were fine, but save your $ and eat somewhere else in the MGM. We wish we had."

  • "There aren't enough superlatives to describe Fiamma. The food was delicious, done and presented perfectly. The service was highly attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The atmosphere was elegant, sophisticated, and comfortable. Case in point on food: The short rib raviolini came in a sauce that easily could have been too heavy and cloying but instead was just rich enough and so very delectable I couldn't stop commenting on it, way beyond the first wonderful bite. They also were very helpful accommodating my husband's food allergy. This is now our #1 Las Vegas dining destination."

Went with a group of 8 people, and split the bill up without even asking! It was one of the best services, super easy to pay!"

  • "Very slow service. Long wait for the meal and then it was served slightly warm. Manager said there was a large private reception that took over the kitchen and the serving staff, thus causing the delay. Manager did not charge us for the meal, just the bottle of wine."

  • "The recent crop of mega-casinos in Vegas are truly meccas of fine dining, and the MGM Grand offers some of the richest options going in a single, dazzling space. Knowing that we would be attending the mesmerizing "Ka" show there anyway, we made reservations at Fiamma, hoping for some tasty Italian. BOY did they deliver, and how. Despite the fact that we were running late, and despite my wife's food allergy, the staff accomodated us with effortless flair and some of the best contemporary Italian food I've ever had. We are totally intending to return here the next time we're in town, and this time we'll plan to have more than just 75 minutes for a full N-course meal. Bravissimo!"

The noise level was a bit high due to being open to the main corridor leading to a big basketball game, but the waitstaff acknowledged it and took it in stride, hostesses seated everyone further in to the restaurant and somehow it made it not so bad. I applaud everyone there on handling a crazy night. The food was excellent and the waitstaff pretty much perfect. These are the two things that remain constant each visit and why we continue to return."

  • "On this visit I started with the Beef Carpaccio - an excellent dish, thinly sliced raw beef garnished with a nice tasty drizzle of a sauce. Next the Spinach Salad with Bacon - I had expected a warm spinach salad that had warm bacon with its yummy grease flavoring the spinach but Fiamma's is just raw and cold; the bacon is also cold and it was extra salty that my lips were numb afterwards! My entree was Prawn and Scallop Risotto - very rich and tasty, the seafood is fresh and the risotto rich with cheese, I had fresh parmesan grated on top for extra goodness. i didn't have room for dessert."

  • "We have been to Fiamma multiple times as we own a condo in Tower 1. We chose it for a special occasion because we've always had fabulous meals there. This time, however, was very disappointing. The server was argumentative, telling us the menu changes all the time..... We've seen the same menu now for 2 years; he was also rude and after extensive discussions regarding vegan opportunities, he brought up my salad with cheese! Lastly, I had made a special remark in my reservation about celebrating a 50 th birthday that night and there was absolutely no mention of it at all. We used to love going to Fiamma but sadly feel we may need to find a new favorite."

  • "The ambiance was very good. The food was good, but not good enough to cover the poor service. The waiter was MIA most of the time. The place was practically empty on Thursday night, around 8:30 pm. The waiter took full 10-15 mins before he came by to ask for drinks. Everytime after that, we had to ask another waiter (if one happened to catch our hand raising) to help us. Even the final cheque was brought by another waiter. When we told the hostess at the front, they could not tell which waiter that was ! They asked us if we knew his name!!!!"

  • "Our 8:00 PM reservation found the restaurant at 1/3 capacity, and dwindling. Our waiter must have had a 9:00 PM date, as he hurried us from the minute we were seated, asking if we were ready to order as he took our cocktail order. If we wanted fast food, we would have gone to a Subway."

  • "We had the worst service we've ever had in Las Vegas at Fiamma. They appeared to be understaffed, and we could not get someone to come to the table to take our order. I finally had to flag down the manager to ask if we could order. Then the waiter never came by our table to check on us. (Every other dining experience we had during our trip was far superior in terms of service.) My soup was pretty good, my entree was not very good at all, but we did have a fantastic dessert. One of the reasons we come to Vegas is for the fine dining, and it was shocking to have such poor service. I guess the only possible recommendation I could give is to come for dessert, and plan on waiting if you do so."

  • "Wow, we were so disappointed with our dinning experience. My pasta dish Rigatoni with shrimp in a spicy red sauce, no flavor, pasta over cooked, and the 4 shrimp bland and tasted frozen not fresh. With a limited menu and high cost $32.+ for pasta they should get it right every time. There was other pasta mixed in with the rigatoni had to ask for cheese.... The table behind us also had a problem food. When we told the person who came to clear the table that my meal was not good then our waiter appeared and said I wish you would have said something sooner...well we would have if he came to check on us. Our first night in Vegas big disappointment."
