Feast - TucsonAnother great meal at FeastWe eat Feast regularly and always have a great meal. The menu is small (but changes regularly) and the wine list expansive. Virtually all the food is made fresh in house and they are happy to accommodate special needs. Our main dishes presented a challenge for us to choose a wine because of how different they were from each other. The chef however chose 4 different bottles and explained in detail how they would pair well with what we had ordered. So some of the choices
can be quite unusual. I can usually find something of interest on the menu but not always. When the
chef is "on" the item can be outstanding. We continue to return but usually after checking out the

The chef came out twice and asked how we liked everything and interacted with the diners. The starter of lobster/corn/scallion bread pudding was heavenly! The chef visited every table to see how things were going. Although there was no kids menu, the chef was nice enough to send out a sample of his gnocchi for our 7 year old, to make sure he would like it before we ordered. He loved it! Even my "upscale" friend from New York City said "THIS IS THE BEST". And it is a perfectly wonderful spot for yummy food, wonderful ambiance and casual but fine tuned. Doug does an amazing job with his menu and its 'tweaks' month after month when he changes the offerings.
