We showed up early for our reservation and they seated us right away. When seating, they gave us a choice of tables. Once seated, we felt comfortable, reasonably intimate in a fairly full room with lively conversations. Our server promptly greeted us, saw to our waters, and brought us a bread and topanade appetizer on the house. The menu offers a wide range of choices from appetizers to entres with a Mediterranean flair. For starters, my wife enjoyed a roasted beet salad with gorganzola dressing while I had a tasty classic French onion soup. For the entre, I ordered the Mediterranean saute while my wife ordered the grilled salmon special with a verde sauce. All our food was fresh, well prepared, and well presented. The ambiance was nice and service was good. The crab cake appetizer is large enough to eat as a meal itself. It was tasty, and I certainly don't want to complain about healthy portion sizes, but I wish I'd known how big it was to know that I should've planned on splitting it with my husband. The entrees we selected, the pomegrante chicken and barq kabob were just okay. The waitress described the barq kabob meat as very flavorful, but I found it lacked flavor. My husband didn't think the chicken was as good as previous reviews said. I ended up boxing 3/4 of my meal to take home after the large crabcake appetizer. We would probably try the restaurant again in warmer weather to hopefully sit outside under the trees but won't be rushing back.

All i have to say is the food was great, but our server was terrible. Wife ordered the pork shank and recieved duck stew. The server said it WAS the pork shank. Had to flag down another server and he said what he brought was the duck stew. It was not just this instance, but from the ordering of the drinks and appetizers, he was not knowledgeable about anything we inquired about and over-all, what could of been a perfect night, was ruined by the service.

New addition to the menu was grilled trout. It was beautifully cooked...crisp and tender accompanied by tasty green beans and rice pilaf . My husband's Petaluma chicken was tender with a slight glaze on it that he loved. I was allowed to taste an unfamiliar white wine before purchasing, which is always appreciated. My husband's martini was ice-cold and delicious he tells me. Waiters are attentive, but not overbearing. All in all, a really good experience.

Absolutely delicious. Service was super nice and very accomodating. There were 6 of us and a toddler. The chicken kabobs on basmati rice are amazing, so is the bread they give you when you are seated. I have been here 3 times and each time it has been a wonderful experience.

We have eaten at Faz several times but this time was by far the worst experience we have had. While the food was good, the service and the table we were given was far from ideal. We had made reservations several days before and we had to wait when we arrived on time for the reservations. I allow for the place being crowded and it was New Year's eve so the wait did not bother me much. Our table was right next to the area where pizzas were being prepared and it was under some very bright lights....not at all conducive to a nice meal. Our waiter was brusque and inefficient. I know that he had several tables to serve but he did not appear to have the social skills to establish a rapport with the customer. We had come to expect a higher quality
