We made reservations through opentable. We were seated right away. That's where the good service and experience ended. The guy brought us table water that was warm. It took another 15 minutes before our waiter arrived after my wife stood up and got a managers attention. He walked by us 9 times before acknowledging us. The hostess brought my wife the wrong wine after asking her twice and pointing it out on the iPad wine list. The food finally came out and had a very smoky flavor. I guess that's their recipe. Toward the end of dinner the main manager came over and told us how the waiter tried to quit previously. Not sure why he said that to us. Anyways, we won't go back any time soon. Staff needs to go to Rubys to see how it's done.

I have been here twice and the filets were cooked perfectly and very tender. Its a steakhouse so its pricey but they have some cheaper wines if your not too picky. In the Belterra Park Casino so you can toss a few buck away on the way out. The view is the racetrack so keep that in mind.

Food was fair, my daughter and I both orderd the Rib Eye, one medium rare and one medium. Could not distinguish between the two, both were on the rare side. I ordered a chop salad and according to the menu should have had bacon, carrots, tomoatoes, and peppers. There was no bacon (my favorite ingredient) and no peppers. The lemon vinagarette was terrible. Sent it back and it was brought to our table aftr the meal was served. Overall service was not good. This was my wife's birthday and I had request a "nice" table ended up in the interior part of the restaruant with no view. Definitely NOT my Favorite restaurant!

My wife and I dined here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn't be any happier with our choice. The menu has a nice variety to choose from and the prices were reasonable, considering this was a little more upscale than any other eating establishment in the racino. Our server was very helpful in choosing our entrees and a wonderful bottle of wine. I have already recommended Favorites to some of our friends. We will definitely be back!

We had eaten here before when they had just opened. We had Steak that time and it was quite good. We went with the Pasta this time and we were very pleased. Both times we found the service to be excellent and the servers to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend and the view of the Racetrack is a plus with our without racing.

I loved the view of the track. The dining room was quiet, which was excellent for our anniversary dinner. The focaccia bread that they brought us was absolutely amazing. I have never had better ravioli than I had for dinner that night. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib, and it was cooked to a perfect Medium. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well.

We had dinner to clelbrate our anniversary. The server was amazing as was the pasta dishes. It would have been nice to see a race too but we were too late to see the races. We really enjoyed our night and would recommend this to our friends.

Though priced a bit lower then other steak houses in Cincinnati, what is promised is not delivered! The room and the view of the race track are outsanding! The menu is limited and the steak is ok. The sides, described as enough to share were not. All of this would be bearable if the service had been less like a Frisch's and more like an upscale establishment. Never a mention of what they are noted for. Brought an open bottle of the wine to the table instead of opening it at the table, forgot two side dishes and then asked us if we were sure we ordered them, never poured one drop of wine for us did not present dessert options. Do not think we will return.

We went to enjoy a nice dinner before a concert at Riverbend in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. We were very happy with the experience. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very nice. Our view of the track was partially obstructed by the steel beams of the structure but it was still very nice. We will definitely be back and I have already recommended it to several of our friends. Great place!

We ate there last weekend on July 4. We ate outside and watched the horse races and had a great time. The food was great, plenty for everyone. We had a party of six. Our waitress and her helpers were attentive to all our needs. Our guests were very impressed.

My steak was good, but not $40 good. Have had as good or better for less money. The menu on the website doesn't match the menu in the restaurant. The creme brulee was very good.

Favorites at Belterra in Anderson Township is a very welcome addition. To find this calaber of restaurant in that area of our community is a wonderful for us. Our 4 meals were all excellent - steaks, pasta, fish plus sides - all excellent. The service from Sarah was also excellent. She got all the orders correct the first time - steaks were cooked to our exact liking. and she checked back often to refill wine or ask if we needed anything, plus checking to see that we were enjoying our meals. Not intrusive, just caring. Even the manager stopped by to check our level of pleasure. We would all recommend this restaurant.

The food and service were both amazing! I had the filet oscar and my husband had the bone in ribeye. One of the best steaks we ever had. Will definately go back. Be sure to check out the bottled wine selection-very nice.

Our second time visiting favorites. While the food quality is good the service is terrible. Our waitress was confused on orders and the menu. The first time we visited the service was slow but we chalked that up to only being open for two days but to come back a month later and have worse service is very disappointing. With their menu prices they are trying to compete with higher end steak houses in town and until they get the service figured out they will not be competitive.

We were called in the afternoon and told there was a private event and the reservation we had made that morning for 4:45 would not be honored. Call was dropped or she hung up on me. I then made a new reservation on Open Table for 6 P.M. Hostess staff and manager were rude; hostess told us we did not have a res and called the mgr who found our res but was very dismissive to us. We ordered a bottle of rather pricey wine; with 1/4 of the btl remaining wait staff removed it - we told our server who called the mgr. He acted like we were trying to get something for nothing...asked: " What is it you want - we don't give away free bottles of wine." Gave us a glass of house wine which we split. Food was good but won't return.

Only open a week and it shows. Service was inattentive and slow, but they were trying. Waitress appeared to have too many tables. Food took very long to arrive but was very good, excellent in fact. decor excellent, tables spaced well apart so you had privacy, nice view of the track and the hills across the river. Will go back because we expect that things will be better. Menu and wine list are limited, but satisfactory for our tastes.
