I must say we were very impressed with the food and the service. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the food. The stuffed beef medallions were so tender it basically melted in your mouth. The salads were terrific and the various entrees we ordered were good, with the Steak Tenderloin being outstanding. The service was prompt and we enjoyed a quiet, relaxing environment.

We were turned off that many of the food trays on the buffet were often almost empty. As the morning progressed, though, they seemed to be more on top of that.
Overall it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. The staff went out of its way for us.
One complaint: at $30 per person we felt it was a poor management decision to charge extra for coffee and tea. It seems that should have been part of the the Easter brunch cost. That particular thing really, really turned us off to the restaurant. It is small things that stay with you. Will it stop us from returning? Maybe. The lasagna was delicious and a great twist on a favorite dish. It has thinly sliced veggies with flavorful Italian sausage. The bell pepper sauce is to die for. Yummy. The Salman BLT was great but the chef did forget the bacon on the sandwich. Cause quite a delay for my lunch companion but when it was delivered, the sandwich was delightful. The table was ready and our waitress was very prompt and attentive at first. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. One of our party members arrived nearly an hour late and we still hadn't received our brunch. Our waitress disappeared, so I asked another one to find out where our food was. A manager came by and used the excuse of "we're very busy" but four empty tables sat in my line of sight. Our food finally arrived about 50 minutes after we ordered. Faustina would do well to reexamine the efficiency of their kitchen and wait staff and ordering system. A 20% gratuity was still added to our checks. We found the portion size to be on the small side, but relatively appropriate for the value. The main reason I enjoy Faustina is sharing small plates family style, so going pre-fix was not my favorite. This was a unique situation however. The service seemed a little chaotic, but that was also due to the high demand. While I enjoy Spanish wines, the sparkling options for Valentines were underwhelming.1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
