They recently changed chefs and it's been a big improvement in the food. I now consider it for casual dinner and a drink, and don't feel I'll be disappointed. Yay!Normally, when vegetarians go to a brewery or brewpub, they presume they'll be relegated to typical bar fare, or at best a salad and the single lame vegetarian option. Well, we were happily surprised to see that Faultline offered "can be made vegetarian" as an option on a number of *interesting* dishes.
One friend had the gumbo and I had the jambalaya. There was a third vegetarian dish on our table, but I no longer recall what it was.
We were so impressed we wanted to go back for more the next night. Sadly, Fautline is not open on Sundays (at least as of this writing). =(
In fact, their hours appear to be limited. We found the service to be really to quick and it seem that they wanted to rush the group out of there. Half the table ordered steaks and they came within fifteen minutes.
