"The restaurant is an outstanding place for foodies. Two words come to mind; fatty and fusion. We shared 7 dishes for a party of 3. All of them good, I will only mention my favorites. The pork ribs are outstanding, they are perfectly cooked with just the right amount of smoky flavor. They are served with a fish sauce that adds the right amount of 'funk' to make this a very interesting dish. The duck hash is fantastic, thai inspired, very spicy, served with lettuce and mint leaves. The half rabbit is deep fried, crispy and tender. It puts fried chicken to shame (served with a vinegar based sauce on the side). The food is fatty, eclectic, with strong indonesian influences. A treat, not an everyday meal. One of the most creative places in NYC."

"I went to Fatty Cue with a few girlfriends and we pretty much ordered everything on the menu to share. It was AMAZING. Love the 1/2 pound of deep-fried bacon - think pork belly, not strips of bacon you have with breakfast. Fried rabbit was great. Oysters - great. Best thing: PORK RIBS. OH EM GEE. I could eat those all day. The service was really great too - our waitress was super nice and helpful when we asked which items to order. She even got us shots because two of the apps we wanted were out. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place again....I think I may even be going again this weekend with another group of friends. The menu is a little pricey, but so worth it - esp if you share entrees."

"Super disappointing brunch experience. I had seen the brunch menu and the brisket hash is what drew me in. While it sounded incredible, what ended up on my plate was mediocre at best. This dish has great potential if done right; however, it was nothing special in my opinion. Perhaps take from the description and try your own at home. I don't mind paying $$$ for food, but hate feeling like i threw it away. The michelada was pretty good, but who makes a bad michelada? Portions are small, prices are high. With far superior choices in the area, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"Exotic and unique menu items show great creativity and nuance in the kitchen. Spicy dishes are mixed with milder offerings but you just get dishes here you haven't had anywhere else. Service is exceptional and makes you feel very welcomed and I can't wait to return."

"Restaurant foods tend to be too salty, but not here. They were very flavorful and saltiness was just right. The service woman as very nice and knew about foods. Three things. We were told dishes would be served one by one for share, but the second (appetizer), the third and the fourth ones (entres) came at the same time. Another thing is a glass wine list. I wish more choices although I liked a rose which was drier than usual and went very well for both meat and fish. Lastly plates can be not plastic Chinese ones. it might be from a conceptual intention, but simply I don't wanna eat food from plastics. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed all meals. Definitely am I coming back again and will recommend to my friends!"

"Strange mix of Asian and Bar-B-Que, but it totally works. The staff was extremely helpful in decoding the unusual menu and everyone who walked by made sure we were happy in a very unobtrusive way. The food was absolutely delicious! I would not take a picky eater there, but if you're looking for something new and wonderful you must give it a try."
