"Food was good, really nothing special. The 2 items I was most excited about they did not have that evening! It's a bit surprising to me that you have run out at which seemed like the beginning of there dinner service, there was nobody in the restaurant when we arrived and this was 8.00.A big party came in after us, this seemed to have caused issues with other guests as they never received there food! The service was bordering annoying !There are too many great restaurants in Brooklyn, unfortuntually this one does not warrant a return!"

"Was here for brunch in early afternoon. Place was nearly empty. The menu is creative and our choices of dishes were well prepared and presented. What we had was not complicated (deviled eggs and hanger steak). The egg stuffing was tasty and the steak was perfectly cooked. For the price, it was a very good and I would return."

"The food was fine but the service was abysmal. We were one of just three parties in the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer, which came after the entrees. In our party of 6, 5 of us ordered the same thing. The server still managed to get one of the orders wrong, twice. He never asked if everything was ok and did not apologize for the mistakes. Then we discovered that the gratuity was added onto our bill by the restaurant. I am pretty sure that the server did not care about the service because he had a guaranteed tip. We won't be going back. There are many other better options in the neighborhood where our business is valued. Considering that the place was empty at the prime time for brunch, others have obviously already figured this out."

"Our OpenTable reservation was honored and we were seated immediately. Unfortunately, it took more than ten minutes before our waiter arrived to offer drinks. It took almost an hour to receive a glass of soda, but the scotch and wine came on time. We had to flag down the bus boy for water, he never serviced a table in the place. Just set up and cleared. On to the food: It was really good. The menu is small, but the dishes are so flavorful. Mixed mushrooms and spicy tuna empanadas were great. Heads were on the shrimp-beware. The waiter turned out to be very knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions about what to eat and what not to eat. It would be a quiet, wonderful place if they turned down the music and upped the service."

"Loved this place! Delicious cocktails, amazing appetizers/small plates and a solid entree (quail) that my friend and I split. The only weak spot was dessert: we shared the empanadas w/ chocolate sauce. The sauce itself was amazing but the empanadas w/ rice filling were a bit dense and blah. Overall, I would absolutely go back and highly recommend. Great atmosphere, too."

"Nice neighborhood restaurant, good location. I was happy to find parking right out front. The chef makes personal appearances at the tables a few times a night, which is an intimate touch.

The menu is well conceived and has some amazing fare. The execution is a little hit or miss, but there is enough "hit" that I'd return. The pork belly and foie gras are both well-prepared, as is the pacu pacu. The sweetbreads left a little to be desired as the breading they were covered with made them seem dry, like popcorn sweetbreads. The texture of the creme brulee was a little like oatmeal, but the dessert empanadas were so good, a fight almost broke out at our table for them.

Good food, great service, absolutely worth your while."

"AWESOME! What a great blend of beauty and delight. Fat Goose serves up a fantastic plate presentation and an even better entree's. I had the Rabbit and my guest had the Duck. I will definitely come back!"
