  • "The server was incredibly knowledgable and the food was delicious!"

  • "Loved the menu here -- it was a surprise dinner, so I knew this menu would appease whatever appetite my boyfriend had. Fish, meats, sandwiches, salads, plenty to choose from. Service was great, and wine list was reasonable. My scallops were delicious (I only wish I had more than four on my plate!) Loved that it's on the Georgetown Waterfront, so that we could take a walk and get drinks at an outdoor bar after."

  • "Food- not that great! Service good Love that it is open late and they don't rush you out."

  • "Great for brunch on Saturday & Sunday. Brunch runs until 3 p.m. Nice outdoor area. A bit more interesting & healthy than some of the boring traditional brunches but plenty of not so healthy items like the delicious bananas foster French toast so something for all tastes."

  • "I've been here a few times and the food is always great, but what was really awesome this time around was our server. I wish I could remember her name, because she was fantastic. She explained in great detail (but not too much) some of her favorite dishes and was just super friendly overall. She was quick, but not pushy, in terms of taking our order and getting us the check, as well."

  • "Best place to eat in Georgetown. Clean efficient staff great menu and view. We were seated immediately with our reservation. Entire restaurant is very professional and caters to the customer."

  • "Our son who lives in Fairfax recommended this restaurant based on the fabulous food, drinks and ambience. We had a reservation for 9:15 and we were able to be seated very quickly. The food was awesome and the offerings were available for every palate. I had sushi and my son had a delicious steak and my husband had Jambalaya. It was all very tasty and the prices were reasonable. It is right on the Georgetown waterfront ....very scenic and a social scene for all ages."

  • "Went here for Sunday Brunch - All you can eat and drink (coffee and tea) for $30. This is a great deal if you like to sample a ton of food. The Brûléed grapefruit was amazing! The farm to table concept is also awesome. Food is fresh and well presented. Decor is great. I left verrry full and happy :) Would come here again for special occasions and such."

  • "This place was great. From the food to the decor. I had the lightly battered white fish with a grit/ mashed potato like side. My dye had scallops. Both were very very good. Old farm like silver wear. My drink came in a tin cup. Awesome. Can't wait to return."

  • "I tried writing this review from my mobile the day after dining here, but something went wrong & everything deleted. My brunch mate arrived late - uber late. But, the hosts were VERY accommodating without even asking, & seated us as soon as she arrived. My mate was very inquisitive asking our server Amy lots of questions about the food, the teas, & on earth as she knew it. Amy was awesome - knowledgeable, courteous, all with a sense of humor!! I'm known for choosing restaurants based on their desserts - I know, bad girl - but, as much as I love yours, I didn't even get to them because I was stuffed from sampling everything else. I think I may have to brunch again soon and start my meal with the dessert offerings."

  • "I had the Ahi tuna. It came with fried greens (Kale?), white beans, and the best tomato I have had in years. It was absolutely delicious. The calamari was perfectly cooked - very tender. My dining companions could not get enough of the pretzel bread."

  • "I had family in town for the Cherry Blossom 10 miler and we went here for brunch after the race. The buffet provided a surprising amount of variety and the best french toast I've had at a restaurant. We enjoyed everything that we tasted and will definitely be returning!"

  • "My boyfriend & I went to DC to celebrate his bday. I tried to make a reservation but the restaurant was booked, they only had a 2:15 slot which I took & upon checking in was told a rude hostess that we will be seated closer to our reservation time even though the restaurant was not super packed and there were available tables. @ 2:15 I went back the hostess who informed me that brunch ends at 2:15pm. After speaking to the manager and explaining that when I called I specifically said we were coming for brunch she accommodated us. Our server Julia was amazing making sure our table was always clean and that we received the whole brunch experience. Which was amazing. We are definitely making this place a must on our return trip to D.C."

  • "Grabbed a dinner reservation with family in town after getting shut down by Founding Farmers... only to discover this is their sister restaurant! We ended up having a fantastic dinner. (I took off one star overall because our first course was *really* very slow coming out of the kitchen. Eventually our server noticed and got it straightened out, and she took care of all our other requests without a hitch, so service = good, kitchen = slow?) We had salads, salmon, mussels, fish tacos -- food was high quality and delicious. The table-side guacamole was lick-the-bowl good. And OMG the desserts (we shared three). The beignets were some of the best I've had. Good wine & cocktails, too. Big menu, lots we couldn't order -- can't wait to go back!"

  • "I took my mom and her friends here for an early (7pm) dinner on a Friday night. My mom is hard of hearing, but the energetic scene did not bother her at all. The service was fantastic - the server was able to help out some very picky eaters at our table, which was probably easy since the menu is so expansive. There was a separate vegetarian menu (hooray!). I strongly recommend making a reservation, since there was already a wait when we arrived. The restaurant is right on the harbor, so I'll be back to sit outside during the summer."

  • "Love coming here when in DC. Took a group for a 50th Birthday celebration. Great times, great food"

  • "The atmosphere is good. The bartenders were actually very attentive and their service was friendly and fast. The waitress was also very nice, but their timing was off. Food came out in strange order, sauces were forgotten. It was too much work. Good quality drinks, well made and speedily delivered. There was simply something off in their rhythm that night. Good atmosphere in the place and good energy. I will give them another shot to see how it goes. The food was good. Their pizza didn't thrill me, the scallop ceviche was wonderful and fresh, and my friend's steak was very good."

  • "Too noisy, even when the restaurant was not completely full. Would be a nice place to eat outside."

  • "We love coming here with new people because with such a diverse menu, there's always something for everyone. We spent an hour or two at the bar (perfect timing found us walking in to four barstools) and had drinks and a few nibbles (mussels, scallop ceviche, the spicy tuna roll). They were out of a couple wines but made some good alternative suggestions to try. The bar can get busy but any of them will help. Later at our table, the waiter did a great job of balancing helpful and attentive service to leaving us to enjoy our conversation and food. We had more mussels, the Brusselsprout salad with a steak add on, the marinated skirt steak, and more drinks."

  • "Restaurant was very noisy! I was expecting the old quiet elegant and delicious Agraria. This is like an elegant and expensive Cracker Barrel....... But much noisier."

  • "I went to Farmers Fishers Bakers on Sunday with my two daughters and my sister (who is a professionally trained pastry chef) and we were delighted with our experience. We liked that the menu was different from Founding Farmers (don't get me wrong, I love the menu there) ... and was filled with some terrific options. The meal was fantastic and the service was terrific ... so much in fact, that I booked another reservation for the following Tuesday where I was hosting a client dinner. The second time there was just as good as the first. Simply stated ... great new addition to the restaurant scene in DC. The Chesapeake Jambalaya, the mussels, the Flat Boater's Bucatini are all excellent choices."

  • "Love the water service - bottles on the tables, no ice. Bacon was great. Stuffed French toast - great presentation and delicious. Brunch really good (only one item was disappointing - peanut butter, marshmallow with choc & bananas). Excellent bloody Mary."

  • "We were lucky to have a booth which lessened the incredible noise a bit. My crab cake sandwich was salty with too much bay seasoning. The half bun on which the crab cake rested was soggy. My friend had a burger which any restaurant can do well. The fries were not crispy and the amount of catsup we were provided were measly. My friends and I have been here a few times before and the food was better. The noise was still unbearable. I may not go back there for a long while."

  • "Got our order wrong then went missing for 30 minutes. She should not have been on the floor. Lunch took two hours because if her mistake. Food was well prepared and tasty. Very very loud in there. Fine for a casual lunch with friends. Not for business, romance, or on a schedule."

  • "I went here for my birthday and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. Everything we ate was delicious--my boyfriend and I ate far more than we should have, but we just couldn't stop! Our server was really great and had excellent recommendations for drinks (yum!) and even lit a candle with my dessert for my birthday. I have nothing but great things to say about the restaurant--the staff, the location, the atmosphere, the food selection, the decor, everything was excellent. I've told all of my friends about my experience and will definitely be coming back!"

  • "Delicious dinner. My sandwich lost it's top on the way from the kitchen to the table, so the server ordered a replacement half sandwich and I ended with an entire second plate! Above and beyond. Food was served fresh from the kitchen. Phosphate was an interesting treat, too. Dessert menu looked to die for but we had no more room!"

  • "Food was good but at $30.00 per person it is expensive for brunch. Had a hard time getting the food from the "traveling trays". With tax and tip it was a $75 brunch."
    Dined on 3/30/2014
  • "We loved everything about our evening there, except that we felt rushed. We didn't even get a chance to finish our cocktail before our dinner arrived. We would have liked to have had a second, if given the opportunity."

  • "Such a fun spot! The food is always spot on, definitely fit for foodies, including my boyfriend chef. Service is great and they pass around brunch items during the meal. I was incredibly surprised on Sunday to discover that it is such a kid-friendly environment. So many kids on a Sunday morning. Every table was full at 10:15am. French toast is amazing, omelet line is worth it, guacamole is to die for, and my meat-eater guy is obsessed with the honey pot fried chicken. Do it!"
