Farm & Table offers seasonal dishes created by scratch with ingredients sourced from local farmers and from our on-site farm.   • "I save this restaurant for our special occasions. I was there to celebrate my birthday. It was the first time for most of my group and they thoroughly enjoyed the outside dinning, seating and the food. It was very busy and there was one waiter to work the outside with a bus person that also worked both inside and out. The food is outstanding, the ambiance is fantastic, but the service is okay. I notice at night there is not enough wait staff and although the waiters/waitresses are friendly, courteous and kind they are stretched thin to give the five star service that compliments their food! It could have been a usually busy Thursday but reservations are usually required. It is a great place to dine even if it is under staffed at times."

  • "We had a great brunch at Farm & Table following the Albuquerque 1/2 Marathon in Los Ranchos on Saturday. Good news is you don't need to run a half marathon to enjoy the wonderful brunch prepared with organic vegetables and farm-free eggs. The Meyer Lemon Pound cake served with blueberries was a great treat, too. Take time to shop in La Parada next to the restaurant, too. All-in-all, this place is a gem!"

  • "This past visit was quite a disappointment in regards to service. We were seated between 2 already occupied tables who continued to get service, but we sat there for over 10 minutes without any contact whatsoever. I went to the hostess stand to ask that our server be notified that we were waiting and that we'd never even been greeted. The hostess came and dropped off water, but never made eye-contact or said a word, she just dumped the water off and left. No apology for the wait, no mention of our server being right with us, not even a friendly smile. After being ignored by a few more servers who simply passed by our table, I finally flagged one down and asked if we were his table or if he knew who our server was. "

  • "I usually absolutely adore this place (it is my favorite place in Abq), but my most recent experience was less than impressive. It was more noisy than I remember, and the menu items were all the same as last time, and I was last there 4 months ago. I'd assumed with a change in season the items would have changed a bit. I ordered the soup special and it was lukewarm, and the farmers's salad was as exciting as one I'd make at home. Again, usually a 10/10, but this time, not so much. "

  • "It is worth making an early reservation. If I had been aware, I would have reserved much earlier than our 7:45pm time. As it is "farm to table" the food runs out. With already limited vegetarian options (and I actually let them know when I made the reservation that we did not eat meat or shellfish) we had even more limited options by the time we were seated. The food we ate was very good, however, given that I had made a point of telling them, they might have held some of the vegetarian dishes back, or even checked with us when we got there early and then waited quite a while to get seated. It is a newish restaurant, 2 years old, but a little more attention would have been nice. "

  • "On Sunday my husband and I took our out-of-town friends for brunch because we have enjoyed our meals there so much in the past. Three of the four meals that we ordered were fine, but the quiche that I ordered and paid $9 for was approximately appetizer size. It was, most assuredly, the smallest piece of quiche that I have ever been served. If one had tried to lay three quarters on it, they would not have fit. The whole slice could be consumed easily in four bites. Although tasty, there is no way that the slice could have been construed as an entree. I hope that this fine restaurant will reconsider its portion size--at least with this particular selection."

  • "We had a pleasant first time experience. Just a couple nits.. they seated us outside in their enclosed patio, it was fine, but since it was evening, it would have been nice to be inside. It was a little cold up against the enclosure. Our food was served very promptly after our appetizer and it felt a little rushed, ordering a bottle of wine it was a push to finish it...but one must. We had a wonderful waiter, the food was delicious and although it appeared sparse, it was just the right amount. Lemon soup for dessert shared was delicioso!"

  • "I waited three minutes to be greater at the host stand. I waited 8 minutes for a server to greet me at our table. I ordered soup which the waiter forgot and I got my soup after my entree. Upon bringing my entered the server titled the plate to far and my potatoes slid onto the table. It took too long to get the check as the server had too many tables. The food was great, no doubt in that that."

  • "However, while the ambiance and service is always outstanding, the food quality is not always up to the prices charged. Our dinner experience there last Friday was Farm and Table at its worst. In attendance were myself, my wife, her son and his two young children of elementary school age. I mention the age group because Farm and Table does not seem to cater to children, no child's plates offered. We ordered a $36 steak for one child and a $32 lamb dish for the other, thinking it would be too much for them. But it turned out that the smallish adult portions served are ok enough for small children and not enough for the adults in the party and we went home still hungry."

  • ""Farm and Table" is not located either downtown or uptown. It is located in a quiet residential/light industrial part of town on the Northwest side. But do not let its quiet surroundings fool you! The food which is served is of the highest quality, and is fresh every day. We started our meal with the "Farm Fries" which are prepared with farm fresh potatoes and sea salt. They are served with a homemade dipping sauce which tasted faintly of onions and which was out of this world. The Halibut we shared had just been received that morning, and the chef carved the entire fish, selecting the best portions to serve as his fish entrée for the evening. We topped off our meal with the "Flourless Chocolate Cake". It was all delicious!!!"
