I was really excited to try this place, and it was a good dinner but not great. The kale salad was made up of large pieces of kale, which were tough and a bit hard to handle. I adore kale, and I would think that at a high end farm to table place they would know how to prepare raw kale -- ie, chop it finely, massage and marinate a bit in the dressing. The rest of the meal was good -- filling, well prepared, but nothing that made me think, "Oh, wow!" Dessert -- chocolate cheesecake -- was delicious, but how can you go wrong with chocolate cheesecake?! Interesting sauce combining raspberry and creme de menthe.

Ok, this has to be the BEST restaurant in ABQ. it was absolutely perfect. i'm a bit jaded when it comes to food/places to eat; as i dine out frequently in some great spots in Vegas but this was an absolute memorable evening from start to finish. we will become a regular at this fine establishment.

This was an evening to connect with old friends who had not been to the Farm & Table. We sat on outside and the environment was charming. The waitress helped with wine selections and recommended an excellent wine. She was attentative without interrupting our evening. We each had a fantastic dinner and dessert, as well as appetizers. This is our go to place for a nice evening. Best restaurant in town!

Food incredible. Truly. Ambiance on outdoor patio was perfect. I liked my waiter but everyone else I dealt with seemed a bit lackluster and not all there, or rather not that interested in what they were doing. So it colored the experience.

I regretted not sending the food back immediately. It was almost inedible. The service was good. The waiter listened to my complaints. The manager even came over to apologize. She offered to put me on a list for future special treatment. We were given free a small discount on the bill and some pastries. The 15% discount didn't make up for the poor food we had ordered. We were looking forward to this brunch and were overall very disappointed.

Farm and Table is a favorite place of ours. The reservation system is a little impersonal but it works. We changed our reservation online to accommodate 2 additional people. It backed us up an hour. Since we did not have an hour we showed up and they graciously seated us. Had it not been for several flies that we could not chase away and the heat of our table are (we were tucked in a cozy but stuffy corner) we would have given a 5 star. We generally have 5 star experiences there.

My husband and I had a meal at Farm and Table this past weekend to celebrate a birthday. It's the second time we dined there, and we found the food absolutely delicious both times. The ingredients are fresh, and the menu is very inventive, creative and interesting. This time we shared the quinoa salad, and orderd the Branzino and Spaetzle and the Summer Vegetable Harvest, followed by the best chocolate ice cream I've ever eaten. Bravo to the chef and thanks for the excellent service.

We had never eaten at Farm and Table before, so we have been anxious to try it. It did not disappoint. It was so delicious and the service was so good. Although the food itself was very good, it took about an hour between the soup and main course to be served. Not sure why it took so long for our food to arrive, how much bread can one eat? Maybe they were waiting for us to order another expensive bottle of wine. When the food arrived, it was very good but food alone does not define an enjoyable experience. Our table was on the patio and not very enjoyable with all the flies around. Although I appreciate there was some acknowledgement for children, there were no choices except for fries with a cheese quesadilla, nothing else. We ordered desserts and our waiter forgot them. Our reservations were at 5:30 and we left at 8:30. I work too hard for my money and will spend it elsewhere.

A very nice small local bistro. Genuine concise menu, fresh ingredients. Underwhelming cook and seasoning that relies on the flavor of the food. Non-gut buster portions. Outside is better than inside if weather is tolerable due to the echo factor of the adobe walls inside, (can get loud inside). Good NM look, clean and tidy. Great for out of town guests especially the chili resistant type. Good place for dining rather than "feeding". Dining dollars required.

Service is fabulous. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is outstanding. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Chef is flexible enough to customize any meal to your particular tastes. This is a place where you should set aside time just to enjoy the company you are with, as well as the food. They are not in the business of 'turning tables" so the staff will get to know you, your tastes and will try to satisfy your palette to the best of their abilities. All the food is fresh and prepared by an excellent kitchen staff and Chef. So be prepared to enjoy each aspect of your meal. Appetizers are all a great start, homemade soups are outstanding, main courses are presented beautifully. Deserts are fabulous. Family and/or romantic dining

The evening started by being met at the door by a friendly face who we knew from another restaurant. Great joy of finding Sam McFall at Farm & Table. Excellent service and impeccable wine sense. We began with a field salad and the special soup, chicken and red chili with sweet corn. Just enough heat from the chilis to elevate the blending of the favors. Dinner was the chicken and I had the Peking Pig. Chicken was moist. Wife loved it. The Peking Pig was a chef's creation he's taken years to perfect. It was worth it. AMAZING! A six day process that was succulent, tender, and an absolute must try. Dessert was simple with the ice cream. Fresh mint - WOW, strawberry cheesecake - yum, and chocolate - not ordinary. Perfect finish to our meals!

I had the chicken duo dish for dinner. Both chicken dishes (the crispy breast and croquette) were excellent. The chard was not...no flavor and the onion not cooked. The polenta was just so so...a little lumpy...and I usually love polenta. For the price and mission statement on the web site, I expected better vegetable preparation and MORE vegetables. The service was outstanding; nice hostess and server. The ambience is wonderful...we sat on the patio and enjoyed the area.

The food wasn't bad, but it was way too expensive. $11 for cheese???? There also wasn't enough on a plate. We ordered the BBQ pork - $28 for a small portion. The ambiance was ok - nice and homey, but definitely not worth the prices. The one really good dish we had was the corn & jalapeno soup. It was awesome!!!

I am not sure how to rate this because I want to be able to give it 4 or 5 stars. Showing up to the restaurant was great as this place was adorable, but the flies that swarmed our food the moment it came out to us while we were dining outside really ruined our experience. The service was excellent once we sat down (we had a reservation, checked in, and were told we could wait outside. Three more couples walked in and were seated immediately while we waited and we didn't get seated until going inside once more, where the hostess asked what my name was again.) and the atmosphere was very quaint.

Went for the first time on my birthday and was looking forward to it since I had seen good things in the Alibi. What a disappointment! VERY small menu (choice of about 5 entrees) with weird food items even foodies have never heard of. The soup was honestly pretty good, but the portions were off. I ordered a cup and my dad ordered a bowl - while the physical bowls were different, the amount of soup in each was the same! The pasta special I ordered was described by the waiter as pappardelle with a pork and beef ragu sauce. What I received was poorly cooked ravioli with a mushy mystery filling in a weird, oily, vinegary sauce. There were about 8 raviolis and the price was $25, seriously?!? Bad, expensive, slow, pretentious, never again!
