Farm & Table offers seasonal dishes created by scratch with ingredients sourced from local farmers and from our on-site farm. Delectable dishes inspired by New Mexico's growing season will satisfy the omnivore as well as the vegetarian. Full entrees and small plates (perfect for sharing and tasting) are complemented by craft beer and a diverse wine list. Guests will enjoy intimate indoor dining, and when the weather is warm, gorgeous patio dining that overlooks our lush 10 acre farm.   • "Service is fabulous. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is outstanding. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Chef is flexible enough to customize any meal to your particular tastes. This is a place where you should set aside time just to enjoy the company you are with, as well as the food. They are not in the business of 'turning tables" so the staff will get to know you, your tastes and will try to satisfy your palette to the best of their abilities. All the food is fresh and prepared by an excellent kitchen staff and Chef. So be prepared to enjoy each aspect of your meal. Appetizers are all a great start, homemade soups are outstanding, main courses are presented beautifully. Deserts are fabulous. Family and/or romantic dining"

  • "The evening started by being met at the door by a friendly face who we knew from another restaurant. Great joy of finding Sam McFall at Farm & Table. Excellent service and impeccable wine sense. We began with a field salad and the special soup, chicken and red chili with sweet corn. Just enough heat from the chilis to elevate the blending of the favors. Dinner was the chicken and I had the Peking Pig. Chicken was moist. Wife loved it. The Peking Pig was a chef's creation he's taken years to perfect. It was worth it. AMAZING! A six day process that was succulent, tender, and an absolute must try. Dessert was simple with the ice cream. Fresh mint - WOW, strawberry cheesecake - yum, and chocolate - not ordinary. Perfect finish to our meals!"

  • "I had the chicken duo dish for dinner. Both chicken dishes (the crispy breast and croquette) were excellent. The chard was not...no flavor and the onion not cooked. The polenta was just so so...a little lumpy...and I usually love polenta. For the price and mission statement on the web site, I expected better vegetable preparation and MORE vegetables. The service was outstanding; nice hostess and server. The ambience is wonderful...we sat on the patio and enjoyed the area."

  • "The food wasn't bad, but it was way too expensive. $11 for cheese???? There also wasn't enough on a plate. We ordered the BBQ pork - $28 for a small portion. The ambiance was ok - nice and homey, but definitely not worth the prices. The one really good dish we had was the corn & jalapeno soup. It was awesome!!!"

  • "I am not sure how to rate this because I want to be able to give it 4 or 5 stars. Showing up to the restaurant was great as this place was adorable, but the flies that swarmed our food the moment it came out to us while we were dining outside really ruined our experience. The service was excellent once we sat down (we had a reservation, checked in, and were told we could wait outside. Three more couples walked in and were seated immediately while we waited and we didn't get seated until going inside once more, where the hostess asked what my name was again.) and the atmosphere was very quaint."

  • "Went for the first time on my birthday and was looking forward to it since I had seen good things in the Alibi. What a disappointment! VERY small menu (choice of about 5 entrees) with weird food items even foodies have never heard of. The soup was honestly pretty good, but the portions were off. I ordered a cup and my dad ordered a bowl - while the physical bowls were different, the amount of soup in each was the same! The pasta special I ordered was described by the waiter as pappardelle with a pork and beef ragu sauce. What I received was poorly cooked ravioli with a mushy mystery filling in a weird, oily, vinegary sauce. There were about 8 raviolis and the price was $25, seriously?!? Bad, expensive, slow, pretentious, never again!"

  • "I've been there twice and have truly enjoyed the food at Farm & Table! However, the portions are much too large. Farm & Table is promoting good health by offering organic food grown on the farm and taken directly to the table, but there is a contradiction in the large portions offered. Although generous, I noticed many people leaving food behind including myself which is wasteful. Those people that frequent Farm & Table and eat everything on their plates will definitely put on some extra pounds. Please offer regular healthy portions and also your current super portions so that the customer can decide on the onset how many calories to consume. With the current obesity epidemic, it would be a strong message from Farm & Table"

  • "My expectations were lots of fresh veggies and local produce. The salad was fine but I had 2 tomatoes and 3 thinly slices of cucumbers. No fresh herbs etc to set it above the rest of the restaurants. Did buy some fresh okra as I was leaving which I cooked later in the day that was great."

  • "It was a long way to drive for mediocre food. We were there for brunch on Sunday morning and were very disappointed in the enchilatas--very bland tasting. We had a nice table on the patio and very glad we were on the patio because the inside was very very noisy with children crying and dishes clanking etc.etc. The service was excellent , we were just disappointed in the food."

  • "We rode our bikes along the Bosque Trail from the zoo to Almeda and then road the short distance over to Farm&Table for Sunday brunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely table on the patio overlooking the farm. Service was friendly and attentive. The migas, bacon, and potatoes were delicious. The quiche was a little dry but everything else was so good, we were willing to overlook it. We had a leisurely meal and then walked around the farm for a little bit before riding back to the zoo. All in all a lovely morning."

And our server, Nick, couldn't have been more attentive without being fussy, fitting the whole ambience of the place. This is clearly one of ABQ's best restaurants, serving imaginative meals using primarily local suppliers. And the price, while not on the inexpensive side, fit the quality of the experience. Highly recommended."

  • "I have always enjoyed going to Farm and Table but I have to say that this last time, the food was good but not as outstanding as before when Jaye was the chef. Pairings and platings continue to be creative and the service is always wonderful ... my companion and I shared the ribeye .. it was tender and done as requested by nothing special as far as taste/seasoning...could have been seared on the outside perhaps? The kale salad was lovely but the pork belly, Jaye's speciality, really was nothing special. It Farm and Table loosing its touch?"

  • "Our reservation through OpenTable on the drive over made it very easy. I love this new tech! We had no problem parking as we dined at their opening time. The parking lot is small. Bread and herbed olive oil were both unique in taste. Pork belly outstanding. Tomato bisque also. Salads were fresh and just what you would expect with a farm right there. Entrees were stellar. Just right in proportions. Dessert was the chocolate cheesecake and put just the right ending on the meal. Chef came by and was personable. Server outstanding. Rest of staff did well as well. We will be back."

  • "My mother-in-law had been wanting to eat here for some time and we decided to make her birthday a special event at Farm & Table. First and foremost the food was excellent and the service impeccable. Our waiter was helpful with suggestions and most patient with my 87 year old mother-in-law's questions. My daughter, who just moved back here from New York, said this the freshest and well prepared dinner she has ever had, and we need to make this a regular rather than a special event destination. Without knowing it was a birthday, the service and food were like it was all planned for her. That is just the quality of the food and fine service that is what you do. Thank you so much and hope to see you more often."

  • "Farm & Table is impressive, starting with the Parking Lot, which is very attractive, believe it or not, if a little short on spaces. The service is very good to excellent, the food the same, and the ambiance outstandiing. This is a must restaurant for special occasions. It is high-class rustic and the place is just very attractive. Always ask what is "off the menu." The desserts are great also. Did I mention I hate writing reviews?"

  • "Farm and Table consistently offers an exciting, delectable menu using fresh farm and locally grown organic food and this last visit was no exception. Wine list is complete enough and one can always find good pairings. The patio dining offers a quieter atmosphere to accommodate those of us who struggle somewhat with hearing others in our group. The member of our group who has gluten intolerance always had a variety of delicious choices on the menu. Food was presented attractively and was a delight to our palates. It's fun to visit Farm and Table at various times throughout the year to taste fresh offerings of each season."

The drinks, appetizers and main course were delivered at reasonable intervals making the meal a pleasurable experience. There is enough variation in the menu that you can have a variety of choices.   • "We made reservations not knowing you need to request inside seating. Was told inside was over an hour wait. 30 minutes later, more than half the inside room was empty. Farm & Table indicates to me organic, fresh, local, seasoned food. Chef is way heavy-handed on the salt and lacks inventiveness as does the menu selection itself. Use seasoning. Try interesting combinations and flavors. Chocolate flourless cake was also tasteless. This place has awesome ambience and beautiful patio view. It needs to seriously reassess its hosting skills and chef/menu and I think then it could be a winner. Wiling to give it one more try in a few weeks. Good luck."
