a last minute choice for Valentines Day dinner. A V-day menu was available, but unlike other restaurants, you still had a choice to use the dinner menu. Very small restaurant (in house hotel), friendly staff. Seated immediately, there was only 2 - 3 other couples at 8:00 pm. The waiter assisted with a wine selection, as my favorite was not stocked (Moscato). The pork entree was HUGE in portion size, the surf n turf was not. You can choose a "terrace" view and look out over the indoor pool area. It was pleasant for a last minute choice, they also validate the EXPENSIVE parking, ladies beware with heels - walking from the parking deck to the hotel (follow the blue lines) - its a long way especially when its cold outside.

Self parking is horrible, the resturant is really nice. The dish I order was "Shrimp n' Grits". It was terrific. My wife order the Valentine Day special, which was a steak and shrimp which was good also. So overall experience was very good not great.

I was pleased with the menu at Fandangles. I love when I cannot make a quick choice as so many things sound so good. The waiter was patient and described each of the items I was deciding upon. I chose the shortribs and they were yummmy! Three madallions of beef placed on garlic mashed potatos. I couldn't finish all three, but loved every bite. Fandangles has a great menu, a nice crowd of people and attentive wait staff. A definate return when back in Atlanta on business.
